Exercise - 2 hours packing, up and down stairs, got my sweat on:)

No exercise tonight but have been busy packing and really got a sweat on so I reckon that should be something:) Back to zumba tomorrow night..excited!
Managed to stick with tea round at my neighbours tonight, she offered wine but I stuck to my guns for my 100% week this week and so far so good:)
Bless her, shes in her 70's and seems quite lonely, my sis is coming to visit on Thursday so will take them both out for dinner on my night off Friday, gonna miss my wee neighbour. Night chicks xx

100% today again! Im never buying coronation chicken again thou, cant stop myself eating it and not v filling. Might try and make my own which would have less points:)
Hope everyone is having a good day:) Have my sister coming tomorrow to stay so have made some quorn spag bol for tomorrows tea so I can stay on track still, then have treat night on friday.
Day off tomorrow so am going to be busy cleaning my carpets, hopefully be a good workout! xx

WI tomorrow guys eek! Good luck to all the other Friday WI girls, I'm praying for losses all round as we've all tried hard this week.
I'm hoping my naughty weekend hasn't made me gain, would be super happy with a small loss or even a sts.
Been busy today cleaning my carpets, they're spotless now (just hoping my LL gives me my deposit back-will deffo need it to get settled into my new place). Hope everyone is having a great day, it's almost the weekend..woohoo!! Xx

Thanks guys!! I have such a busy week coming up, finish work on Wednesday and moving thursday!gonna be tough I reckon to stay on track but I'm gonna stick with it and hope for the best:) also...ITS ALMOST THE WEEKEND-woohooo!!

Where ya moving too Kim? I found it very hard to stay on track when i was moving 2 weeks ago, infact i barely had time to eat at all!! so might be good for WI ;)
