Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Food plan for today

Breakfast: melon, pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries with fruit & fibre (heb) with mullerlight

Lunch: cajun black bean soup

Snacks: carrot sticks, celery sticks, sugar snap peas, cucumber

Dinner: pork & veg ragu ( from new book) with jacket potato with cheese (hea)
 
Had a teaspoon Of light sunflower spread with my jacket potato - 1 syn. Having a fibre plus bar (6 Syns ) & a cup of tea with semi skimmed milk (2 Syns)

Total 11 Syns

Lunch: Lentil & vegetable Chilli (peppers, carrots, onions, tomatoes, green lentils, chickpeas)

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese (Peppers, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, passata, ex lean mince) with 42g reduced fat cheese
 
A mint choc options has been consummed - 2 syns

Also, just burnt 200 cals in the gym. Feeling very virtuous. May even have a
Glass of wine (8 syns) later on.

20 min hill walk & a 15 min hill bike ride. It hurt, but waa worth it

If the gain hasn't mostly gone on saturday i will be unimpressed!!

Dinner: Jamaican Turkey & Veg Stew with Rice - 1 syn (turkey, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion)
 
I am struggling to use my HEA today. Do I have a few cups of tea, or maybe use some syns on some ryvita & put some philly light on it? Decisions Decisions

Okay. Really having a bad day. One glass of wine down (8 syns) plus another one poured. Will be over for the day by 2 syns.

I have just succumbed to 3 oat & wm biscuits at work. I can't find the syn value for them. So to be on the safe side I will assume i have used my 15 syns for today and stick to free foods now.
