Personally i think all you mums are amazing. I know i could never do it! I don't know how my sister copes with them all - but like you, she wouldn't change them.

I think it comes naturally ya know! Good on you for knowing that you don't want kids and not being like some of the dregs that use em as a meal ticket!

Beautiful picture..... You are a lucky auntie! I have one nephew at the moment he's only 4 but he's sooooo lovely.
Don't have any of our own (our choice) but I love being an aunt.

Same as that for me. Glad i'm not the only one - i have gotton used to most people looking at me like i have 3 heads cos i like kids but don't want any!

Weigh in this morning. Not totally hopeful as feel like i have a bit of water retention.

Might be a bit of a hit & miss week this coming one too. Out for hubbys bday tonight. Then on weds its both our bdays, so we are going to london, seeing the circus @ the winterland wonderland, then a meal at gauchos steak house. Then my works xmas party on friday, and my birthday party on saturday.

Anyway, plan for today
After weigh in: a banana & some berries
Lunch: ommlette with mushrooms & tomaties.
Dinner: don't know yet - hubs still hasn'r decided on what he's doing!
Syns: will all be used on vodka i'm afriad, and probably more than 15!

2lbs on. Unsurprising. Bit fed up to be honest. Was not on plan this week properly. So i'm fed up with myself, not the plan. I am the smallest i've been since i was 18 - i think i might be a bit scared of being smaller than this cos i can't remember it. Its fekkin' mental! Need to have a word with myself.

So was out last night for hubby's bday. Went to winter wonderland'& it was wicked

The damage was as follows
2 glasses wine (large ones) 16 Syns
A cheeseburger - god knows, but it was greasy
Some fries from McD's & a full fat coke (overrated) - again, not sure on Syns

So, bearing in mind the rest of the week I have damage limitation plan
Breakfast for the retest of the week will be grapefruit, melon & pineapple with all bran - superspeed foods basically

For lunch, I will be sticking to veg curry, veg stew, or soup packed with super free foods

Dinners: out Wednesday night, Friday night, Saturday night - those will be off plan, but I will make good choices food wise. On friday I will not be drinking.. When I am cooking i will make spicy foods like curry & chilli as they tend to speed up your metabolism, and I will try to limit my carb intake as well in the evening

Avoid bread - its my trigger food!

my boss was really good about it all. I took the high road and said I was leaving because I didn't want to work and travel into London anymore (which I don't) and that I needed a job which could support us properly (my hubbys company is looking a bit shaky at the moment and we can't live on my current salary alone) She tried to convince me to stay, but said she understood why.

I felt a bit guilty having to tell her. She is nice, its the owner of the company thats the problem. I did say this, in diplomatic terms of course :)

No gardening leave unfortunately, but I don't have to go in the office much anymore, probably only 3 times before Xmas, and I'm not to go to customer meetings, except very long standing customers to say goodbye. There are probably only 4 that fit in that category, so mostly I'll be working from home. Last day in the office will be the 23rd. Then start he new job om the 4th Jan! Am really excited about it cos I've sold the same type of thing all my career, to the same types of people. This new job is selling specialist travel & expense management software to financial directors etc, so completely different to what I do now.

just need to get my passport sorted - they do a weeks training course, and there may be a chance its in Seattle. Of course it could be in Slough!

Go you!

I hear Slough's stunning this time of year - that irredescent sheen of the post-fall autumnal shades, wrestling playfully with the chavmobiles against mattress and discarded freezer backdrop.

Just beautiful....;)

Thankfully they are planning to move somewhere nicer (Brixton maybe) before the end of next year.

Hmm - maybe i should have eaten that instead of the cake i did eat :)

Yesterdays food was not on plan. Had bacon, baked beans, egg, tomatoes & friend bread for late brekkie. A bag of ryvita minis, then out for dinner where i had goats cheese on ciabatta, seafood linguine, tiramsu & a bottle of wine!

Today back on plan. Fruit, yoghurt, all bran (heb)

Baked eggs & ham with tomatoes & mushrooms for lunch

Chilli with rice & 42g cheese (hea) for dinner.

Xmas party tonight. Won't be on plan at all, though i'm not drinking so that should limit the damage.

Spent yesterday cooking west indian food for my bday party on saturday night. Today is pampering before my xmas party night in Londo

Had baked eggs, beans & tomatoes for breakfast. Will be having a mugshot, some carrot sticks, cucumber & pepper sticks for lunch.
