Well syns yesterday were some of those M&S corn flake bites - too many to count frankly and I cna't find the syn value anyway.
 
Food plan for today.
Breakfast: Pineapple, Mango, strawberries, blueberries & blackberries with mullerlight & fruit & fibre (HEB)
 
Lunch: Spinach & Aubergine Dhal (spinach, aubergine, onions)
 
Diner: Carribean Chicken with rice (tomnatoes, onion, mushrooms, peppers)
 
Which leaves me my HEA for cups of tea.
 
Plus am going ot the gym tonight for 1st time in a few weeks.  Still not totally over the cold I had but cannot put it off any longer!
