Kingsmill crusts away

hi, would someone be able to tell me how many syns are in kingsmill crusts away? the white one, I don't have it often but sometimes it is easier with having a baby to just have 2 bacon medallions on toast (no butter) for breakfast and I don't like wholemeal bread so this is what I have, or does anyone recommend any low syn white bread? Thanks!
