Well got home last night after walking in pitch dark for 45 mins helping push cars out snow (Some body magic haha) madness up here in Scotland just now my mate was stuck on M8 for 19 hours with no food/water blanket etc!!
There were at least 30 children at a school attached to my old secondary school which is a school for disabled children that were stuck there last night as parents couldn’t get to them overnight, so me and some friends seen the messages on facebook looking for blankets, sleeping bags, pillows, food etc and gathered stuff together and took it up about 10pm last night!! Came home was freezing and starving so I syned a bagel (11 syns L and had it with dairlea triangle and qourn meat) Sooooooo add 11 syns to my total!!


So total syns = 85.5 Syns this week
 
7th December 2010 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – normal 2 slice brown bread/ 2 x dairlea triangles and cold meat Chicken and Ham, with water

Snack – Banana and Pear

Lunch – Home made soup, carrots, leek and turnip, water

Dinner - pasta, homepride sauce (Ham and cheese I think had checked syns before and wrote on jar as 20 so divided by 4 = 5 syns), chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions and carrots with syn free chips, Coke Zero

Supper – Bagel (11 syns), tomatoes, parma ham (1 slice), chicken breast, water

Total Syns = 16 syns
Weekly Total = 16 Syns
 
9th December 2010 – Red Day

Breakfast – 2 slice brown bread 400g (Hex B), 2 x dairlea triangles (Hex A), cold meat chicken, water

Snack – Apple/Pear, water

Lunch – M&S chicken tikka breast, Apple, water - was ment to be soup but tasted off

Dinner – Planned as chicken stir fry and Quorn sausage, fried in fry light, vegetable stir fry packet, bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, peppers, onions, mushrooms, peas with soya sauce, water

Supper – 2 slice brown bread (400g), bacon with fat taken off, tomato, cheese allowance (Hex A), chicken, water

Syns = 1 today

Starting Monday im changing my breakfasts around and iv ditched banana’s for a week to see if there any changes!!

10th December 2010 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – 2 x brown bread 400g (Hex B), dairlea cheese triangle x 2 (Hex a), ham cold meat, water, Apple

Snack – salt and vinegar golden lights (4 ½ syns)

Lunch – small piece lasagne(chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, pepper, Quorn mince), cherry tomatoes, water

Dinner – mayflower curry sauce (3 syns), chicken fried in fry light, onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli with syn free chips, water

Snack – Advent chocolate = (1 syn)

Syns = Total today = 8.5 syns
Weekly = 32 syns

Sat 11th December - Extra Easy

Lunch - Baked potato, Tuna (1 tbsp light mayo - 1/2 syn), Sweetcorn, cherry tomatoes, oringina light

Snack - Golden Lights - (4.5 syns), water

Dinner -
SW Chicken satay (3 syns) with chicken, onion, mushrooms and peppers with boiled rice in soya sauce, water

Sat night in so using some syns - Crisps (9 syns), milky way buttons small bag - (5 syns), golden lights (4.5 syns), water!

Total = 26 syns
Total Weekly = 58 syns
 
12th December 2010 - Extra Easy

Breakfast - 2 slice brown bread (Hex B), Dairlea triangle (Hex a), cold meat ham and turkey, Apple, water

Lunch -
Mug shot, diet irn bru

Dinner - home made steak pie, (Steak, Mushrooms, onions, bovril cubes) 56g puff pastry (12 syns), Mashed potatoes, Carrots, Cauliflower, Peas, Brocolli,Water

Total Syns - 12 syns
Total weekly syns = 70 syns
 
Plan for today! After a fab weekend and shopping for clothes for x-mas i somehow managed to fit into a size 6 dress in newlook!! Have checked both labels on the dress and it is clearly im not a size 6 but made me feel good :)

13th December 2010 – Green

Breakfast – 2 slice brown bread (Hex B), 1 Original dairlea triangle (Hex A), Quorn meat, water

Snack – Apple

Lunch – Home made soup (Carrots, celery, turnip and leek with chicken stock), Toffee mullerlight, water

Snack - golden lights (4.5 syns)

Dinner – plan to have quorn curry with a syn free S/W curry sauce, Mushrooms, onion, carrots, celery, broccoli, Syn free chips, water

Snack – S/W forerro roche (1 syn) going to make these tonight for taster tomorrow so only fair I try one.

Supper – still to decide

Syns = 5.5 syn
Total Weekly Syns = 75.5 syns

Thanks :) trousers i am wearing (Size 12) that were soooooo tight when i first started i can now slide on and off without un doing zip etc so it seems to be working. Will start changing my B choices as of tomorrow now that im weighing in tonight got some porridge, wheetabix, fruit and fibre, ryvitas so im ready also ditched morning bananas for apples :)

14th December 2010 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – 2 slice toast (Hex B), 1 Dairlea original triangle (1/2 Hex A), cold meat Ham, Water

Snack – Apple. SW Forerro Roche (1 Syn)

Lunch – home made soup (Leek, Turnip, Carrot with chicken stock), Marinated prawns with sweet chilli dip from m&s (1 Syn)

Snack – WW yoghurt

Dinner – plan on having spaghetti Carbonara (SW website), Spaghetti, Bacon with fat trimmed off, Mushrooms, Peppers, Onions, Cherry tomatoes, water
