After gaining another pound last week with no idea why I am beginning to get sick of this diet maybe it doesn’t work for me! I seem to hover around the 1 stone mark and cant get past L Ready for quitting and trying something new or just doing it at home myself now I know it to save £5 a week to get told im gaining its so hard!

Lunch – was supposed to be soup but tasted weird so ended up with 2 alpine light bars (Hex B), muller light toffee yoghurt, water

Snack – fruit (Melon, Kiwi fruit, Grapes, Mango, Pear, Clementine, Banana) with ww yoghurt and water

Saving syns for weekend as getting a chinese on Friday and out for chinese sat with the girls i will be sick of them after this weekend but probably best take away i can go for! Any ideas for starter for sat? Fri having chicken chow mein! Also anyone any ideas of syns in bbq sauce from chinese and satay sauce?

Lunch – met a friend for lunch and she bought me a tall light mocha frapucinno (6 syns) also had a chicken and pesto sandwich (she got me it and it had 17 syns arghhh but she had ordered by time I got there should be ok as had no syns so far this week) – lunch total syns = 23 syns, had a small bowl of tomato, courgette and red pepper soup at desk to get 1/3 superfree, water

Snack – apple, water

Dinner – rest of hex a on a sauce for dinner – with chicken stock, mushrooms and onion blended over pasta, with chicken, mushrooms, onion, courgette, baby corn, peppers, green beans, carrots and sweetcorn plenty veg J, water

Supper – ww yoghurt with mango, grapes, pomegranate, pear, melon and strawberries with water J

Snack - apple and packet mini raisins from asda (14g) - (1/2 Syn), half a litre water and can diet irn bru (Needed as i felt really faint and dizzy thought i needed sugar)

Lunch - mugshot, ww yoghurt and fruit box from m&s (orange melon, Pineapple, Grapes, Watermelon, Mango), water

snack - rest of my water another 1/2 litre at least

Dinner - quorn pieces, home made curry sauce with spices, lots vegetables - mushrooms, onions, chopped tomatoes, carrots, courgette, green beans, peppers, syn free chips small amount (Trying to cut down on carbs), water

Supper - Toast and egg (hex b and a for dairlea cheese triangle)
