15th December 2010 – Green

Breakfast – well I attempted to eat porridge had one mouthful and couldn’t eat it so that went in the bin and reverted to 2 x 800g bread (Hex x 2), 2 Dairlea triangles (Hex A), water

Lunch – Home made soup – last of my batch (Carrot, Leek, Turnip with stock), WW Yoghurt and an apple, water

Snack - packet mini raisins from asda (14g) - (1/2 Syn)

Dinner – quick dinner as getting hair done tonight at 7 so Quorn sausages, Quorn chicken pieces, mushrooms, onions, syn free chips with farmfoods curry sauce (4 syns)

Snack – 1 x slimming world forerro roche (1 syn)

Supper – Melon, berries with yoghurt, water

Total syns = 5 1/2 syns
Weekly total = 7 1/2 syns


Going home to quickly make mushroom soup for next few days lunches at work :) also keeping some syns for weekend as out drinking with friends :) but decided defo helps using most of them as losses since i have are better :)

Breakfast - 2 slice brown bread (800g) (2 hex b), dairlea triangle, quorn meat, water

Lunch - For some reason i was really hungry so i bought a Multiseeded Deli Rolls, 4 pack, 70g each (9 syns) from sainsburys, had with a dairlea triangle, quorn meat and dipped into my mushroom soup home made (Mushrooms, onion, celery, carrot), water

Snack - Apple

Dinner - Quorn chicken fillets, pitta bread brown (7 1/2 syns), salad, syn free wedges, home made coleslaw (1/2 syn extra light mayo)

Supper - yoghurt/tangerine

Syns = 15 1/2 Syns
Total week = 24 1/2 syns
 
17th December 2010 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – 2 x wheetabix (Hex b), small amount of milk (Hex a – as I really don’t like milk)

Snack – Apple

Lunch – was ment to be having my home made soup I made Wednesday night but it tasted off L its been in fridge so no idea why I think its my flask giving off a chemical taste!! So I had a ww yoghurt and I had m&s marinated prawns (1 syn) , water

Dinner – Chicken Supreme (Colemans 1/3 of packet = 2.5 syns), with Chicken, peppers, courgette, baby corn, mushrooms, onions and carrot and rice, water

Supper – Melon

Syns = 3.5 syns
Total Syns = 28 Syns
 
18th December 2010 - Green

Brunch - 4 x brown bread (400g), fried egg in frylight, Square sausage = no idea how to syn so going to guess around 10 syns as its just sausage

Snack - Caramel freddo = 5 syns, Onion Rings 14g bag
3½ Syns, water

Dinner - quorn chilli with random vegetables (Chopped tomatoes, onion, mushroom, corgette and baby corn), colemans chilli mix divided by three 1 1/2 syns and packet and a half ww dorito crisps 6 syns, water

Drinks with friends = 8 vodkas and diet coke = 24 syns

Total Syns = 50 syns ohhh god syn free for a while or low syn haha
Weekly syns = 78 syns
but first weekend iv been out and i had syns saved if i manage low syn till wi which i will :)


19th December 2010 - Red day

Brunch -
2 slice brown bread (400g), Dairlea triangle, fried egg in fry light, bacon with no fat, water

Dinner - 2 turkey burgers with bacon no fat on 57g brown roll, salad with tuna mayo on top (1/2 syn), home made coleslaw (1/2 syn), coke zero

Supper - Melon and fat free yoghurt

Syns - 1 syn
Total - 79 syns


Also made a huge pot of carrot and corriander soup to stop me nibbling this week as office will be full of treats! So if i have lunch in should be ok!

Going to come off S/W well not come off but allow myself pretty much what i want x-mas day -27th as boxing day family over will mostly be x-mas dinner type food so low syn as turkey, veg etc again and will make sw friendly as possible and 27th mates 21st! Back to work 28-31st so back on the band wagon with low syns and back off 31st night-2nd Jan as partys and if i gain ill lose it again and not worry!!

Today is weigh in and its start so praying for my 1 1/2lbs to get my stone iv been goodish so should hopefully

21st December 2010 – Extra Easy

Dinner – kedgeree, lots different fish, haddock, mackerel, salmon, prawns and lots of vegetables

Happy New Year everyone who reads my diary, hope 2011 is a good one for you all! Iv been off plan for a few weeks now and amazingly just gained a pound :) as I lost 1lb last week and gained two this week!! How did everyone else get on?

So breaking myself back in easy with my fav slimming world dinner and an extra easy day!!


Wednesday 5th January 2011 – Extra Easy

Lunch – Homemade tomato, red pepper and basil soup (Chopped tomatoes, baby tomatoes, onion, 3 x red peppers, basil and veg stock), Marinated prawns and sweet chilli dip (1 syn), water

Dinner – home made chicken satay (old website from website 3 syns), chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions, ½ syn free chips and ½ fried rice, water

Supper – Melon, Pineapple and Apple with fat free yoghurt

Dinner – Bachelor’s pasta and sauce (No milk or butter) with peppers, red onion, mushrooms, carrots, celery, baby corn, mongetout and some syn free chips, water

8th January 2011 – Extra Easy

Today I was meeting up for lunch with a friend so not sure how many syns in lunch I don’t think it will be too high.

Breakfast – 2 slice small bread, dairlea triangle, cooked ham and tomatoe, water

Lunch – we went to la lanterna an Italian in Glasgow I had for starter minestrone soup, with lots vegetables (I ate half) I checked the website and seen around 6.5 syns for full portion so im going with (5 syns to be cautious) and then Chicken and Mushroom risotto again only eating half but will say (10 syns), also had 6 vodka diet coke – Vodka = 15 syns)

Dinner – boiled rice, syn free chicken curry (mushrooms, onions, cauliflower, peppers), water

Snack – ½ packet smarties = 4.5 syns, Diet Irn Bru

Total Syns – 34.5 Syns
Weekly Syns – 51 Syns


9th January 2011 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – no brown bread or small bread and in a rush out so was 2 x warburtons toastie bread = 8 syns, turkey and spreading cheese, water

Dinner – stew, lean minced beef, steak, onions, mushrooms, carrots and mashed potatoes

Supper – 2 slice brown small bread, egg, water

Finally back into swing after shopping today im back fully on board only a week late oppps! However have been mostly ok so hoping for even a 1lb loss this week J WI tomorrow so we will see!

Thanks ill try that next time i really shouldnt have had a treat last night although counted syns as i gained 1.5lbs :( but as sister had just had an op and i said id treat her i had to get it to haha! Onwards and upwards!

After gaining 1.5lbs last night im 100% losing next week! Its so hard with lots chocolates left over from Christmas so going to limit myself to one a day as there in date a while! Also bring some into work for people to eat! Also less extra easy days and more water

12th January 2011 – Green Day

Snack – pineapple and toffee crisp (when on bus to visit friend – 11.5 syns), Diet Irnbru

Dinner – pasta with chopped tomatoes, chilli, courgette, onion, peppers, green beans, water

Drinks – 2 jagerbombs – usually use half a can red bull for each one so 1 can – 5 syns, using 20 cals rule as jagermeister has 102 syns im going to say 5 for each shot so both drinks = 15 syns

8 x vodka diet coke = 2.5 * 7 = 20 syns

Weekly = 61.5 syns

Sunday 16th January 2011 – Extra Easy

Breakfast – was bad had a greggs chicken mayo sandwich low fat one with salad (380 cals) – using 20 cals to 1 syn = 19 syns, can’t believe I wasted that on that but I had to grab something before I got bus home and was really hungover!! With Water and Irnbru

Dinner – chicken tikka curry (Slimming world friendly), syn free chips with mushrooms, onions, peppers, cauliflower, water

Supper – 2 slice brown bread, dairlea triangle and bacon and tomato with no fat in fry light, water

Dinner – bachelors pasta (ham, leek and cheese) with only water, with lots vegetables, carrots, onion, mushrooms, celery, courgette and pepper and some syn free chips, water
