Bugger, good job I am under my points every day otherwise I'd have been going well over. Have you noticed the wrapper has less calories on than the mysupermarket thing says. Mad!

i find with some wrappers though they don't always give you the sat fat nestle is the worst for this and lindt ! if the wrapper gives you the sat fat and cals then go with what that states! what may be the case like with crisps we find, and i think it's the same with some chocolate bars, but if you have a singular kit kat on it's own just from shop it may be higher in points than a kit kat you buy in a multi-pack purchase, this is the same for quavers and french fries, one packet brought singular 1.5, multi-packs are 1point, i know i think mars bars are the same for this when brought in multi-packs they are lower in points than brought on own, so may be same for kit-kats as you find in multi-packs the items are smaller
