Been using my friends sw fb group to write stuff down.. sowwy.. lol.. im going to try and write in both though, but fb is so quick and easy.. at least if they can't advise on something maybe one of you can!!

Going to make a quorn sausage sw quiche tonight.. with sw chips.. mmm

yesterday i had..

Weetabix + milk (a and b)

Dinner was soup

tea was SW quiche with quorn sausage and mushrooms, with mash and beans.

had choc options which is 3 syns, with milk allowance, and a thingy bar for my other HE..

Also had a slice of white bread so need to look up the syns.. twas hovis medium.

Cooking SW chips in the mic today after reccomendation.. hopefully they go well!!

Breakfast - Weetabix + milk.. + banana

Lunch - Soup + WM bread (HE)

Tea - SW chip, quorn sausage and egg.

Options with milk allowance - 3syns..
