kizzib's EE food diary - comments welcome :)

You eat a lot of the same things - I can see this being a stumbling block for you! Could you vary your meals, and use different HEbs? It will probably boost your weight loss! I have done SW for 4 weeks now, and very rarely eat the same meal twice. Id hate to see you get bored & abandon the plan.
 
I don't think it will be a stumbling block as I'm actually quite fussy about what I eat. There isn't much I like so I stick to what I do. I actually struggled last time I did SW (before EE) and now EE is here, its actually much easier for me. I'm eating more, and better, than I ever did before (I used to pig out on take aways and choccy!)

Friday 27/11

B - 2 wheatabix (HEb) with milk (HEa) and apple

L - vegetable soup (see, I do change :p) with bread roll (4 syns) and diet coke

D - will be lamb with new potatoes

Snacks - 3 after eights 6 syns

L - roast chicken sandwich (HEb)

D - chinese takeaway :eek::break_diet:

Sunday 29/11

B - pancake (3.5 syns), glass milk (HEa)

L - subway (15 syns)

D - breaded chicken goujons, rustic chips = approx 9 syns

total syns for Sunday = 25.5:eek::cry:

Monday 30/11/09 (trying to get back on track!)

B - toast (HEb), glass milk (HEa)

L - mullerlight, hamburger 5 syns

D - chicken stir fry with veggies (free)

snacks - treat size smarties - 6 syns
 
tuesday 1st Dec

B - 2 wheetabix with milk (HEa & HEb)

L - lentil soup with bread roll (3.5 syns) diet coke

D - probably steak with new potatoes and carrots

Snacks so far - 4 after eights (6 syns)
 
wednesday 2nd Dec

too many syns - a colleagues birthday and she brought in cake etc! Moving on...

Thursday 3/12

B - toast (HEb) glass of milk (HEa)

snack - 1 cadbury finger 1.5 syns

L - lentil soup with bread roll (3.5 syns) and diet coke

D - chicken stir fry with (Free) sharwoods dry noodles and veggies
 
Friday 4th December

B - toast, glass of milk (HEa & HEb)

L - lentil soup, bread roll (3.5 syns), diet coke

snacks - 2 mini doughnuts (think it's 7 syns), tea, water

D - not sure yet - something free!
 
saturday 5/12

B - toast and milk (HEs)

L - ate out, chinese buffet (sweet & sour chicken, soup, rice)

D - none as full from lunch

syns - probably too much (need to check book)

Sunday 6/12

B - toast and milk (HEs)

L - subway (15 syns)

D - veggie soup (free)

Monday 7/12 (aiming for a totally free day)

B - mullerlight and apple and glass milk (HEa)

L - lentil soup, bread roll (HEb), diet coke

D - chicken stir fry with free noodles and veg
 
wednesday 9/12

B - 2 slices w/m toast (HEb) with skimmed milk in tea throughout the day (HEa)

L - lentil soup again, with diet coke

D - steak with low syn chips (3 syns)

snacks - will have some fruit probably
 
I cant really remember what I have eaten the past few days because my gran was rushed to hospital and is still there and I'm distracted and upset. I will try to update when I have a bit more time :(
 
Aww, don't worry about your eating. Hope she gets better soon and then come back to the boards.

well she isn't much better, its really a case of wait and see, so I'm going to try and get back into food optimising. I lost 1.5lbs at WI last night which is probably due to stress lol

L - roast chicken sandwich, cuppa tea (using rest of HEa)

D - will be lamb with new potatoes

I've been neglecting this diary again, mainly cos i have so much going on and also cos I've been naughty diet wise as a result. Will try to get back on track. Been using my wii fit loads so hopefully that will help.
 
right back on track. did not meet my first target - 1lb short :(. I am going to start a new food diary in the new year but will do this one for now.

24/12 oh dear not a good day, typing this quickly

B - 2 pancakes (6 syns?), glass milk (HEa)

L - ham sandwich then chicken sandwich (HEb) cookie (7 syns)

D - chicken stir fry (free)

snacks - 2 treat size buttons (3 syns I think)
 
christmas day:

B - w/m toast, glass of milk (HEa and HEb)

L/D - turkey (no gravy) with new potatoes and carrots (all free), followed by some vienetta ice cream and then a slice of santa sponge cake (no idea of syns :( )

boxing day:

B - 1 slice small wholemeal toast with glass of milk (HEa and part of HEb)

L - roast chicken sandwich using rest of HEb, diet coke

D - making a meal from EE cookbook - the chicken and wedges one - all free!

NO syns so far!

exercise - plan to get on my wii fit if the wee one goes to bed early enough and do the 'just dance' one.
