Saturday RED
Had a big night out last night for first time in 3 months and woke up feeling horrendous today!

Breakfast - 2 WW wholemeal Toast (HeB1), Muller bioyoghurt granola (4 syns)

Gym - 1 hour streetdance, 1 hour bodypump, 30 mins abs blast.
Went home and slept all afternoon

Snack - 1 Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HeB2)

Dinner - Birdseye Salmon fillet with lemon and herb butter, minted peas and caulilower, 30g smash made into fritters (1syn)

Desert - Vanilla Mullerlight and Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HeB2)

Drinks - 1.5 litre NAS squash
330ml Diet cherry coke
