Evening All!

I had lots of fun at Thorpe park today the only off plan meal I had was a burger king veggie wrap and a half a portion of fries for lunch. I stayed away from the donuts, ice creams and sweets and to be honest I didn't have a single craving as I was too busy having fun in all of the rides.

Thursday 22nd September 2011 - Off plan

Breakfast - Baby banana, wm toast (HexB) topped with reduced sugar chocolate spread (2.5 syns).

Lunch - Burger king veggie wrap and a half a portion of fries.

Dinner - Weetabix with skimmed milk & sweetener.
 
Friday 23rd September 2011 - EE

Breakfast - Baby banana, pagen crisprolls (HexB) dipped in quark n jam (1 syn) & tea

Workout - kettleworx cardio DVD

Lunch - Lamb pilau rice with salad

Dinner - chicken salad

Dessert - 4 celebrations chocolates (10 syns)

Nani-Day 24th September 2011 - EE

Breakfast - Pre work-out - 2 plums n 250ml mineral water

Workout - kettleworx butt & thighs DVD

Post work out - Omelette with herbs n onion & 1 wm toast (HexB) NAS squash

Lunch - chicken n pasta salad

Dinner - Cous Cous & chickpea salad

Dessert - TBC
 
Evening All!

Needed a break from slimming world and I'm back 3lbs heavier which isn't too bad I suppose but I needed a break to get my mojo back. I've been back on plan since yesterday so here's what I've eaten so far this week:

Monday 14th November 2011 - EE

Breakfast: oats so simple with skimmed milk (part hexa), cinnamon, sweetener, grated apple & sliced banana. Tea with skimmed milk.

Kettleworx Cardio week 1 (6kg weight)

Lunch - jacket potato & beans with a massive salad. Pepsi max

Snack - 2 sesame ryvitas (2 syns cos one is part of HexB) with reduced fat chocolate spread (2.5 syns) & a tea

Dinner - Beans with onions & mushrooms on toast

Dessert - coffee with remaining hexa & a 2 finger dark chocolate (5.5 syns)

Syns - 8

Tuesday 15th November 2011 - EE

Breakfast: oats so simple with skimmed milk (part hexa), cinnamon, sweetener, grated apple & sliced banana. Tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch: chicken pasta salad (1 syn)

Snack: banana & 2 thorntons moments chocolates (4 syns)

Dinner: tandoori chicken, small portion rice & a large salad

Dessert: red grapes with activia ff vanilla yogurt

Snack - Coffee with remaining hexa and a kit kat dark (5.5 syns)

Syns - 10.5

Morning peeps!

I've only been back two days and I feel better already with loads more energy and a much clearer head. Here's my menu for today:

First thing - 500ml NAS squash during kettleworx core DVD.

Breakfast - Breakfast: oats so simple with skimmed milk (part hexa), cinnamon, sweetener, grated apple & sliced banana. Tea with skimmed milk - yes I think it's the bestest!!!

Snack after Drs - Apple & a tea

Lunch - Tuna & brown rice salad might add some extra light salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - Masala lamb, brown cumin rice & a massive salad

Dessert - TBC

Syns - TBC

Morning All!

I finally met my best friend who I hadn't seen in two months for lunch yesterday and all the i missed you emotions woke up the burger muncher devil in us so ended up going to Tinseltown in Bayswater so synage was a little high yesterday :eek:

Thursday 18th November 2011 - FAT DAY!

Breakfast: oats so simple with skimmed milk (part hexa), cinnamon, sweetener, grated apple & sliced banana. Tea with skimmed milk.

Lunch - Chicken burger with cheese and seasoned fries followed by a ferrero rocher milkshake :eek:

Dinner - Grapes, ff vanilla yogurt & tea
 
Friday 18th November 2011 - EE

Lunch - Jacket potato, beans & salad

Snack - Tea & a toblerone (9 syns)

Dinner - Chicken curry, rice & salad

How was the Ferraro rocher milkshake? Love Tinseltown...

The milkshake was yum but I don't rate the food my chicken burger wasn't anything special and my friends beef burger looked and tasted disgusting think it's only good for desserts & shakes.
 
Mmmm dessert! Sorry it was disappointing, I hate that! If I'm going off plan I would really rather enjoy it.

Yeah even the guy that worked there agreed it looked awful so he didn't charge us for the burger or milkshakes.

Yeah Shrimpy I wish I'd gone to burger king for a veggie burger instead the fries taste better there....yum yum! :)
