Morning I'm having a day out today so will update what I ate for lunch and dinner tonight.

Monday 28th November 2011 - EE

Breakfast - 2 baby bananas and a coffee made with 200ml skimmed milk (part hexa)

Snack - Tescos blueberry, grapes & strawberry snack pack

Late Lunch - pizza hut chilli twists pasta with king prawns (8 syns?)

Dinner - Mixed frozen berries and sweetened quark

Tuesday 29th November 2011 - Red

Breakfast - pear, pineapple, banana & a latte made with 175ml skimmed milk (part hexa1)

Lunch - Tuna, salad cream (1 syn), mozzarella & red onion toasted sandwich on wm bread (HexA2 & HexB1)

Snack - Coffee made with remaining HexA1 & a Weetabix oaty bar (HexB2)

Dinner - Lamb steak with BNS Wedges

Dessert - Red grapes with sweetened quark

Afters - Galaxy Caramel Cake Bar (6 syns)

Breakfast - Banana & a latte made with 175ml skimmed milk (half HexA1)

Kettleworx core week 3 with 6kg kettlebell

After workout - A pear

Lunch - Quorn peppered steak & scrambled egg on toast (HexB1)

Snack when out - Club cake bar (5 syns)

Dinner - Chicken & spinach curry with a wm pitta (HexB2)

Dessert - Red grapes with sweetened quark

I think it's nice but only because it's peppery I don't think I could eat it bland like the sausages. It's free on red so i its good that I don't always have to eat meat on a red day and I find it quite filling too :)
 
Thursday 1st December 2011 - Red

Lunch - WM toast topped with sainsburys reduced fat milk chocolate spread (2.5 syns) and sliced banana. Latte made with 175ml skimmed milk (HexB1 & remaining HexA1)

Dinner - Onion & tomato omelette with 42g grilled mozzarella (HexA2) & a side of chicken saag

Dessert - Warmed galaxy caramel cake bar (6 syns) & 1 scoops walls soft scoop light ice cream (1.5 syns)

Lunch - Steamed cod with swede chips

Dinner - WM pitta topped with mango & mint chilli sauce (1 syn), meatballs and melted mozzarella (HexB2 & HexA2)

Dessert - Warmed galaxy caramel cake bar (6 syns) & 1 scoops walls soft scoop light ice cream (1.5 syns)

Lunch - Meatballs, red onions and mozzarella on wm pitta (HexA2, HexB1 and 1 syn for chilli sauce)

Dinner -Lamb and cauliflower curry with WM pitta (HexB2)

Dessert - Red Grapes

Afters - Club cake bar (5 syns) & cadburys mini fingers toffee crunch (5 syns)

Breakfast - Oats so simple (HexB1) with skimmed milk (part HexA1) & sliced banana

Lunch at Persian restaurant - Grilled lamb & mixed salad (syns for olive oil??)

2 scoops on Ben and Jerry's ice cream (syns unknown)

Dinner - Weetabix (HexB2) with remaining HexA1 milk

Hi just came across your diary (think I saw a post from you on one of the fitness threads or success story threads) and it's nice to see meal ideas from another asian person. Sounds like things have been going well. Did you get to the size 8 all over?
