Breakfast - Oats so simple (HexB1) with skimmed milk, cinnamon, grated apple & sliced banana & a tea

Lunch - Small portion Kidney bean curry and cumin rice and half a toblerone (4.5 syns)

Snack - Grapes FF vanilla yoghurt and a tea

Dinner - Kidney beans, rice, chicken & (HexB2) and pickled cabbage

Dessert - Sliced peaches with cinnamon quark and remaining toblerone (9 syns)

Sunday 20th November 2011 - Green

Breakfast: oats so simple with skimmed milk (part hexa), cinnamon, sweetener, grated apple & sliced banana. Tea with skimmed milk.

Snack - Tea with skimmed milk

Lunch - Chickpea & couscous salad

Snack - Sliced peaches withcinnamon quark & a tea

Dinner - Lamb pilau rice with salad

Dessert - Tonlerone - 9 syns

Breakfast - baby banana, melon & 3 sesame ryvitas (HexB1) dipped in cinnamon quark & a coffee with part HexA1

Kettleworx cardio week 2 with 6 kg bell

Lunch - Onion & herb omelette with beans

Snack - 3 sesame Ryvita (HexB2) with low fat chocolate spread (2.5 syns) & a tea

Dinner - BNS & white potato chips with red onion & melted mozzarella (hexa2)

Dessert - Galaxy caramel cake bar (6 syns)

Aisha!!! So good to see you back! Hope you had a relaxing time away from SW. Just curious, were you on any particular eating plan? Or just healthy eating in general? Sorry I'm being nosey :D

Heyyyy Honey!

I kept feeling run down so relaxed my eating a bit while I sorted my health out. I've never been an over eater or a junk food addict my problem is that my thyroid makes me feel mega tired when I'm ill so I reach for a sugar fix to perk me up a bit so chocolate after a meal or in between meals and the syns start adding up that way. I now have my mojo back so hopefully I'll get to my size 8 (all over :D) target soon.

I shall pop into your diary for some food porn shortly :eating:
 
Tuesday 22nd November 2011 - EE?

Breakfast - 3 sesame ryvitas (HexB) dipped in cinnamon quark, banana & a coffee

Lunch - a few handfuls of salted popcorn (5 ?) at the cinema with a coke zero

Dinner at Indian restaurant - lamb bhuna, boiled rice, salad & diet coke (allowing 10syns for the bhuna but I only had half)

Syns - 15
 
Wednesday 23rd November - possible red

Breakfast - melon, 2 boiled eggs & a tea

Kettleworx Core & fast abs DVD (6kg bell)

Lunch - Quorn peppered steak sandwich in wm bread (HexB 1) with ketchup (1syn) & a side salad with mango & mint chilli sauce

Dinner - masala lamb (2 syns) & mixed squash wedges

Dessert - Grapes & cinnamon quark

Afters - white chocolate Weetabix oaty bar (HexB2), cadburys mini fingers toffee crunch (5 syns) & a tea

Thank you :) I find it gives me more energy and makes me want to eat healthily too. I think I've finally found exercise that I enjoy it's only 20 minutes 3 times a week which is very doable for most people. Take a look at the secret to shaping up thread in the fitness and exercise section of minimins it was started by a lady called kron who is really lovely and helpful :)
 
Thursday 24th November 2011 - Red

Breakfast - Banana, oats so simple made with part HexA1 with cinnamon & fresh fig slices stirred in and a tea.

Lunch - wm pitta pizza topped with chicken, red onion and 42g of mozzarella (HexA2 & HexB2) served with salad.

Snack - Apple, ff vanilla yogurt & tea

Dinner - Keema and cauliflower curry served with garlic n herb mushrooms

Dessert - Red grapes & cinnamon quark

Afters - Galaxy caramel cake bar (6 syns)

Snack - Pear

Dinner - Chicken with red onion. Tomatoes, chillies, spices, herbs & wm pitta HexB2

Dessert - Grapes & ff vanilla yogurt

Lunch - Small Omelette made with red onions, mixed peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, herbs & spices. Might have a quorn peppered steak on the side with ketchup (1syn)

Snack - Weetabix white chocolate oaty bar (HexB1) & a tea

Pineapple & a sharon fruit

Dinner - Spicy chicken kebabs and mozzarella on a wm pitta (HexA & HexB2)

Dessert - Toblerone (9 syns)
