Right so i have decided to do a diary. Im going to write what I am going to eat every night and stick to it!!
I dont officially start until tomorrow night but I am going to start in the morning
So tomorrow I am going to do a RED day
Brekkie - 2 x Weetabix (HEB)
250 ml skimmed milk (HEA)
Banana
Snack - Mullerlight
Alpen bar (HEB)
Lunch - 2 x slices of ham
salad - toms, cucumber, lettuce, spring onions. Blasamic Vineger
Colslaw 100g 2.5 syns
20g of Quavers 4.5 syns
Dinner
Steak, prawns and Veg
I am going to the gym tomorrow so I probably won't eat anything after
Drinks are water, diet coke and tea with sweetner
Edit to add 3 x cocktail sausgaes 4.5 syns
11 syns for the day
