Lala food diary

    Right so i have decided to do a diary. Im going to write what I am going to eat every night and stick to it!!

    I dont officially start until tomorrow night but I am going to start in the morning

    So tomorrow I am going to do a RED day :D
    Brekkie - 2 x Weetabix (HEB)
    250 ml skimmed milk (HEA)

    Snack - Mullerlight
    Alpen bar (HEB)

    Lunch - 2 x slices of ham
    salad - toms, cucumber, lettuce, spring onions. Blasamic Vineger
    Colslaw 100g 2.5 syns
    20g of Quavers 4.5 syns

    Steak, prawns and Veg

    I am going to the gym tomorrow so I probably won't eat anything after ;)

    Drinks are water, diet coke and tea with sweetner

    Edit to add 3 x cocktail sausgaes 4.5 syns

    11 syns for the day

    Day 2

    Brekkie - 2 x Weetabix (HEB)
    250 ml skimmed milk (HEA)

    Lunch - 7 x crackerbreads (HEB)
    5 x Laughing cow (HEA)
    Quavers 4.5 syns

    Dinner - :( whoooops
    4 x wraps 24 syns
    Fajita powder 4 syns
    Sour cream 1 tbs 3 syns
    Peppers and onions

    Starwberries,bluberries, mullerlight

    35.5 syns :(

    Cutting wellbackon the syns at the weekend!!

    So day three...

    Brekkie - 57g of wholemeal bread (HEB)
    can of beans
    5 x Laughing cow

    Lunch - Jacket pot and beans

    Dinner - Uncle bens rice 2 syns
    Mullerlight, blueberries, bananas
    2 x merangue 1.5 syns

    3.5 syns

    Out tonight so a bit of a challenge becuase im not drinking

    Day 4

    Brekkie - 2 x Weetabix (HEB)
    250 ml skimmed milk (HEA)

    Lunch - Omlette with toms, onions and cheese (HEA)
    200g macaroni cheese 4 syns

    2 x alpen bars (HEB)

    Dinner - 1 x egg, beans and roasted new pots in fry light

    muller, strawberries, blueberries abd 2 x mini merangues 1.5 syns

    Rocky buscuit 6 syns

    Day 5..........it going great i feel great and i had a sneaky look on the scales and im down 2 lbs....whoo hoo weighing thursday so i have a few days to go! :)

    Brekkie - 2 x alpen bars
    7 x crisp bread
    5 x laughing cow extra light

    Lunch - Beans and 2 x fried eggs in fry light

    Dinner - Spagbol - quorn, passata, pepper, garlic, toms and spag.

    Stawberries and merangues 1.5 syns

    packet of quavers 4.5 syns

    Not been on for a few days been feeling sorry for myself have a really sore throat. So yesterday went well until tea time when I came in after a monster 14 hour shift at work and I hadn't planned what I was having.........big mistake!

    I had 2 x alpen bars
    2 x rice krispy squares
    a packet of uncle bens rice and a packet of quavers!! Gestimation of around 30 plus syns :(

    So today I have had :

    1 x Alpen bar (HEB)
    5 x Laughing cow (HEA)
    1 x bread roll (HEB)
    3 x Ham

    Not really that hungry so I am going to have some fruit and yog for tea

    Off to the gym soon ans weigh day tomorrow, had a sneeky look this morning and i have sts but star week is due.....so we shall see!!

    Weigh Day this morn.....and one pound off....a bit dissapointed but I am due on the monthly today so I am hoping that has effected the weight loss ;)

    So this morning I did a mammoth work out and after I had a alpen bar and a banana.

    Dinner : 2 x bread (HEB)
    Chicken, salad
    Mayo need to look syns up
    Curly wurly 6 syns

    arghhhhhhhhhh not been doing to good!! Star week!! So the past few days have been really naughty - so for tomorrow I am cleaning the slate and being more organised :)

    So weigh day was yesterday and 1lb off!! Im am really glad because i ate so much rubbish last week!

    So today I am on a green day and I had

    Brekkie - Alpen bar (HEB)

    Lunch - 2 x boiled eggs
    1 X toast (HEB)

    Dinner - Pots in fry light
    Pasta in sauce 1syn

    So later on Im going to have a sugar free jelly (0.5) quavers (4.5) and maybe a pink and white (2.5) and a options (2)

    Total 10.5

    Been to the gym and a massive walk with the dogs and spinning class in the morning!!

    I have just done a hellish spin class!! Feel fantastic tough :)

    Dinner - Salmon Needs to syn it as on green day, peppers cous cous and pots infry light
