I ladies! Well I've just ordered my packs an they should be here by Friday, ready for restart on Sunday. I've not had the guts to weigh myself yet! But I will do Sunday I think I will have about 7stone to lose in time for my wedding in feb 2013. I'll be honest my determination comes and goes ATM it's through the roof! I know I've come to a point were eating is out of control and my back is painful with carrying around 18 + stone! This long weekend has been filled with cakes tea alcohol and lots of naughty fatty stuff!
I'm starting with 4 packs a day .
