........that I used to use last year to keep track of my weight loss. I lost the book and promptly completely forgot how I'd been doing and what my starting weight was.

Well, finding it yesterday I did some maths-ing (its a word) and worked out just how much I'd actually lost.....since my first entry in the book on June 2nd, I have lost 72lbs, 72!

I know I still have quite a ways to go to even get close to my target(ish) weight, but at the moment, I am incredibly proud of myself :)
