I have decided to make a food diary as to be honest I am a classic binger and I am finding it so hard to break the cycle. I tend to manage a few days sticking to my points then I 'reward' myself by having some sort of treat which then sends me on an eating binge for days. I end up feeling so disgusted with myself afterwards. As a result of my eating habits, I tend to loose a few pounds then put them straight back on again.
I am going on holiday with my hubby (who is extremely supportive and follows whatever meals I make for myself
) and our 3 year old son at the end of May so would really love to achieve my target by the middle of May so that I can go out and buy lots of lovely new clothes! I would also love to feel confident when I wear a bikini!
My height is 5ft 1 and having weighed myself this morning I am currently 8st 11. Ideally I would like to get to 8st 2 as this is the weight I was when I fell pregnant and when I have felt the happiest within myself. I have worked out that I have 9 weeks from today to get to goal on 15 May so a pound a week seems like an achieveable target (here's hoping anyway!). Saturday will be weigh in day for me.
