Late Night Cravings :-(

Hi regfield. My trouble is I work from 8 in the morning till 10pm at night. When I get into bed (with my iPhone) minimins is my little escape of talking to real people about I topic I enjoy that does not involve work. My conversations throughout the day are consumed with work so I really need that time out talking to others about something else I feel passionate about.

I know in reality it's my choice and it's why I get cravings, I used to read 2 novels a week before minimins, but I do enjoy my little chats and the advice and socialising that minimins gives x

I like to keep my syns for the evening that way I feel naughty without stuffing my face full of bad stuff,
 
If i can i save a HEB - so then i have weetabix, topped with fav fruit & then top all that with a toffee mullerlight and if i'm craving something chocolatey i syn a small amount of chocolate and grate it on top!
Its soooo filling and stops the sweet craving!
 
I have an options hot chocolate around 9pm with a little milk - helps me beat my chocolate craving and Im planning on cooking a chocolate cheesecake from the 100 delicious desserts book serves 4 and 1/2syn each for Sunday as I know Ill be tempted to have too many syns otherwise.
 
Living in a pub, we put weight on because we constantly wanted to eat when we shut, but it was always high calorie stuff we craved... That hasn't changed we just save our Syns and one hex b and eat then... I make SF jelly to have then and it seems to help... I don' t think we will ever get out of the habit of eating late...

I always save the bulk of my syns for the evening time, as once my son is is bed and I get time to sit down and relax, that is normally when I am likely to crave something and because I have most of my syns leftover I am able to treat myself..

I have also started getting middle of the night pregnancy hunger pangs, so I make sure my fruit bowl is fully stocked up. Bananas are my life saver in the middle of the night when I wake up hungry and can't get back to sleep.
 
Haven't had any HEA/B today so looking forward to having my weetabix after zumba, shall try them fruit & a mullerlight yoghurt...sounds yum!xo
