So, I've had a few of these but it all went to pot so here I am again! Hopefully, this time I will shift this weight! This is not for a summer holiday, it's for good! I need to get back into my jeans and dresses. I will not buy bigger clothes! That I refuse to do. So, the specifics: I weighed in today at 11 stone and a half. Not good. I will be following a slimming world style diet, but will be calorie counting as well. Day 1. Extra easy
Breakfast: porridge with milk (hexa & hexb) chopped banana and Nutella. (3 syns)
Lunch: smoked salmon sushi; sweet chilli baked crisps. (7.5 syns)
Dinner: chicken cooked in nandos sauce, Mexican style rice, chips and salad. (0.5 syn)
Snack: ice lolly. (3 syns)

Exercise: 60 minute walk
