Sorry I haven't updated in a bit...my friend has been having major problems with her OH so have been running around trying to make sure I'm there for her etc. Don't think I've had a moment to myself the last 2 days. He treats her so badly and is controlling but even though she can see it she won't do anything about it, and will end up going back to him. So for now all I can do is be there for her when she needs me and try to offer some advice...even if she wont take it.
Diet is going ok...I did go over my points the other night as my friend brought some baileys round that I wasn't expecting. But that is actually the first time in 8 weeks that I have gone over my points...so I'm hoping that's not too bad.
Only lost 1lb again this week but as I wasn't well again I didn't get much exercise done so at least it wasn't a gain
Am going to a Bodyshop party tonight with my friend and sister...my sister-in-law is hosting the party so should be a nice girlie get together.
Hope everyone is having a good day! I am now going to get up to date on everyones diary! xxx

Sorry to hear your friends having relationship problems - you're right in that all you can do is be there for her until she sees things differently - She is, however a very, very lucky girl though - she's got you as a friend

hope you had a nice time at the bodyshop party! i love bodyshop stuff.. really big on fairtrade and always try to buy fairtrade products when i have the money! x

Didn't make it to the bodyshop party which sucks as I love the products they do
But my friend decided to let me down AND go on a drinking binge in some random pub on her own after she finished work. So I had to find out where she was and go and drag her back to mine. Gave her a lecture though as said anything could have happened to her out drinking alone and that drinking wouldn't solve her problems...I know everyone enjoys a drink when they feel down but this is like the 4th night shes been binge drinking!
Told her it upset me seeing her being so self destructive due to her OH. We talked things out and although she's gone back to him she promised that next time she would turn to me rather than the bottle...so at least that's a good step
I was annoyed though as it meant I had to let my sister-in-law down...luckily she knew about friends relationship probs so understood. And I went to see her today instead to make up for it. And got to spend all day with my little niece!! She's growing sooo quickly!
Will be hoping to get an early night tonight. Hope everyone's evening is good! xxx
