Hi All,

Hope everyone has had a good week and an even better weekend!

I'm having a WS weekend after being TS all week. Fingers crossed for a good WI on Tues.

Hope everyone had a good weigh in! I lost 1.5llbs this week - I think going out for dinner and a couple of glasses of wine at the weekend didn't really help, but t least still a loss!! I'm back on track anyway and really feeling the ketosis - I'm freezing!

Hope you are all good and managing to stick with it.

Yeah I'm freezing too, a mixture of ketosis plus the rubbish wet weather I think :winter_brr:
 
Hi Laura you're still doing really well. I'm still around just not as often. No-one wants to hear about maintenance etc!
I might get back on it to lose 2 st by Christmas or definitely before next March. With Rob turning 50 and Carwyn 18 then I want to look my best!! Lol

Hi All... So after a couple of days out and socialising at the weekend... only 1 llb off!! Bit disappointed but its my own fault! Was back on the wagon on Monday. The weekends are a killer!!

Oh well onwards and downwards as they say!

Hiya... Well done on the STS... I had been really good until the weekend where i was sidetracked by going out for dinner twice and lunch once!! Oops... I am back on track now though.

Hi Ali,

This bit is proving to be a bit of a struggle for me. I think i need to go back to not going out for a while so that i can stick to Exante! Glad you are ok, well done with the maintaining... thats the hardest part! You have lots to look forward to, you'll get there when you are ready!

Hi Laura, not been on here much as no app on new phone so need to go on laptop to get on here....but set up page on phone browser so I can get on quickly now.

Hi All,

I am back after over a year of "almost" managing to maintain my 4.5 stone weight loss!! However after a holiday and lots of nights out, a bit of weight has crept back on and i need to get it off. So I am going back on Exante TS this week in an effort to get it off before Christmas. I will weigh in tomorrow but i reckon i have about a stone to get off. I am still in my 12's but can't get into my size 10's!

I'm looking forward to catching up on everyone's diaries and hopefully we can all help each other along the way!

Hey All... So I am freezing and my head is banging... I think its almost ketosis o'clock!! Yucky feeling but will be worth it to get me back on track!

How is everyone else doing?

8 llbs off so far!! Just need to keep going so that i can get as close to my target weight before Christmas as possible. The good thing is I don't feel hungry all the time now, so just need to stay focused and keep glugging the water!

The apple and cinnamon porridge is nice. What are the other new meals like?

Hey Laura. I started on Thursday. My first time on this diet. Doing TS. Not feeling too bad although very very cold!!! Been reading your diary. Wow, you've done sooo well.
My starting weight was 11st5.5lb last thurs morning (21/11) Really want to get as much off before Christmas. Hopefully at least a stone. I'm very determined though and will succeed :)

Hi there! Starting is always the hardest, but once you are a week or so in you will feel better! I am full of energy and actually don't really feel hungry. I am with you on the weight loss before Christmas! We can do it. Good luck and keep me posted!

had a sneaky weigh in this morning (started thurs) and im a whopping 5 and 3/4lb down and only after 3 days. Over the moon and just the boost I needed to keep at it. I've been reading about the first week and I have to say I feel a bit brighter today, still freezing though!!!
Just keep thinking about new clothes ha ha :) Its quite challenging this TS lark but i'm thinking its definitely worth it :) x

Wow thats brilliant! I am trying not to weigh in too often, but its definitely worth doing when you need a boost. I will weigh myself again on Tuesday if i can resist the scales for the next couple of days.

Yeah i struggle with being cold too but i am full of energy so thats good. What meals do you have on TS? I stick to the porridge and the shakes mostly. Have you tried any of the meals?
