    Thought I would start a food diary here to keep track of my points.

    Allowance - 26
    Week 1 - Day 1:
    Breakfast:
    Branflakes - 1.5
    Milk (1/4 pint semi) - 1
    Lunch:
    Roll - 3
    Low fat chicken noodle cup-a-soup - 0.5
    Dinner:
    Wholemeal pasta (90g) - 4.5
    Homepride cheese and bacon pasta bake sauce (1/2 jar) - 3
    WW wholemeal bread into breadcrumbs - 1
    Cheese (1oz) - 3
    Carrots - 0
    Snacks:
    Bourbon biscuits x 2 - 3
    Milk (1/2 pint semi) - 2
    Nesquik chocolate milkshake powder - 1
    WW chocolate caramel shortcake - 2.5

    Total - 26 :)

    (Had a lay-in this morning so missed breakfast...naughty but don't do it often. Had lovely sausage rissotto for dinner. Noticed I had a chocolatey day tho! :cool:)

    Chicken, Ham and Cheese Escalope - 4.5 :)))
    250g Potatoes - 3
    Frys Light Oil Spray - 0.5
    Pease Pudding - 1
    Gravy - 0.5
    Tea:
    Heinz Winter Vegetable Soup - 2
    Bread (1 slice) - 1.5
    Snacks:
    Milk (Pint of Semi) - 4
    Funsize crunchies x 2 - 3
    Snack-a-Jacks - 2
    Nesquick Chocolate Milk - 1
    Bread (2 slice) - 3
    Total - 26 :)

    Woke up late so missed breakfast :sigh:

    250g potato is 2.5 if i'm not mistaken, as 100g is 1 point.. i've double checked on my scales and my scales say 2.5 as well :)

    :D Sorry...we have a few left over from halloween as we didnt get many trick-or-treaters and I found out they are only 1.5 points so as it's TOTM I've been at them like anything. They're nearly gone now tho :p

    and what flavour were your monster munch? pickled onion has gotta be THE nicest monster munch flavour ever :D

    But I suppose they aren't too high in points and it's nice to have treats...although maybe I do have too many.
    It was pickled onion...YUM!

    hey if they fit in your points then do it i say :D i'm more of a savoury snacker but when i get the chocolate taste i go all out! (not necessarily a good thing either :p) i may substitute the jaffas for the monster munch actually.. though i just read about twixes and crunchies again and i kinda fancy those too.. :p

    Had a busy day yesterday so had dinner at lunch time and then snacked at a body shop party :)

    Going to say none saved as pizza hut was very naughty of me :p
