Breakfast - Nectarine & cherry mullerlight

Lunch - Chicken Caesar salad (4), apple, coconut greek muller (0.5)

Dinner - Grilled seabass with roast butternut squash, wilted spinach and creamy peas (HexB)

Snacks - Greek muller (0.5), a kiwi

HExA - 1) 250ml milk
HExB - 1) 190g peas 2) 2 x hifi rocky road


Syns = Caesar dressing (4), 2 laughing cow lights (3), greek muller x 2 (1)

Total syns = 8

Your food all sounds and looks lovely! So much variety! :)

Boooo to the evil changing room mirrors - I reckon even skinny minnies look terrible when trying on bikinis in them - how do they always manage to choose the most unflattering lighting for them?! The only ones I like are in Monsoon where they have lovely soft lighting! ;) x

Breakfast - Nectarine, small banana, apple & toffee mullerlight


Lunch - Chicken salad (3)

Dinner - Chicken curry with cauliflower rice

Snacks - grapes, ryvita fruit crunch with quark & hot choc mixed, 2 slice toast with cheese

HExA - 1) 250ml milk 2) 30g low low cheese spread & 1 low low cheese slice
HExB - 1) 2 x wholemeal bread (400g loaf) 2) 2 x ryvita fruit crunch


Syns = Chilli mango salad dressing (3), hot choc sachet (2), cherry greek muller (0.5), Freddo (5)

Total syns = 10.5
 
Had a really hungry day today. Having a hypo after my dinner (first one in about 2 weeks I think!) meant I was sooooo hungry for something that I had toast with cheese and a freddo chocolate bar with a cup of tea - it REALLY hit the spot!!!

Was still all within plan, but I never normally eat something that "big" after my evening meal these days so seemed odd.....but was needed! :D

I don't normally use 2 HeA when doing red days but think some days I will from now on again! x

Lunch - chilli butternut squash soup, a grapefruit.

Dinner - 3 sausages, bacon, SW chips, tomatoes. HP sauce (2)

Snacks -

HExA - 1) 300ml 1% milk 2)
HExB - 1) 35g porridge oats 2) 230g potato


Syns = HP sauce (2)

Hi Laura, you are doing brill on red days your variety of food is great!

I hate changing room mirrors that's why mostly I try on at home.

Sorry not been about much, weekends I just don't get much time to update on here! Also been a bit poorly, felt really sick last night and still feel icky today - just great when I have a wee day off work too! :(

Home scales say I have STS today, which I kind of expected....was at a BBQ on Saturday and didn't fully count syns etc, though I didn't go crazy or anything. Time of the month though too and I am sooooo bloated, it is not normally this bad so just MEH. I will be fine if it's the same at class later today too tbh, that's if I go....hoping this sicky feeling goes away!

I need to get some lunch but not even sure what I fancy......

Breakfast - pineapple, blueberries & coconut greek muller (0.5)

Lunch - chilli butternut squash soup.

Dinner - marinated salmon, brocolli, spinach

Snacks - skittles (oops), gingerbread biscuit (double oops) - kids were making them!

HExA - 1) 300ml 1% milk 2)
HExB - 1) None...oops totally unorganised day!


Syns = greek muller (0.5) skittles (3.5), homemade gingerbread (6?)

Total syns = 10

Mmm that all looks delicious! Hope you're feeling better soon, I had a day like that a few weeks ago and it passed by the next day, still don't know what caused it though! xx
