15/5/2013 - RED Day

Breakfast - fresh mango & coconut mullerlight

Lunch - Spicy tomato and lentil soup, banana & custard mullerlight & berries.

Dinner - Maggi garlic chicken (2), potato wedges (HExB, from a baking potato), cabbage and carrots.

Snacks - Strawberries, greek muller (0.5)


HExA - 1) 250ml semi skimmed milk

HExB - 1) 230g baking potato (done as wedges), 2) Lentils in soup


Syns - maggi garlic chicken marinade (2), greek muller (0.5), hi-fi light (3) ex light mayo (1)

Total syns = 6.5

Made a bit of a mistake with putting lentil in the soup so having to count those on a RED day as syns, because red lentils are not a HExB and I thought they were! Doh. Only green or brown??

So my syns are a little higher than they have been but hey, still under 15 so I can live with that for today. I might not even end up having the ryvita later if I am still full from dinner, it depends when I eat my evening meal really.

Having to work tonight until 5.30 instead as my childminder is off sick so am having to reshuffle my days and hours at work around! Means I have tomorrow off though incase she isn't back, and if she IS back means I will have a few hours childfree time too - this gets me a little bit excited lol. :D

Dinner - Maggi garlic chicken (2), potato wedges (HExB, from a baking potato), cabbage and carrots.

Snacks - ryvita with choc philly & strawberries, yum!

HExA - 1) 250ml semi skimmed milk

HExB - 1) 230g baking potato (done as wedges), 2) 2 Ryvita fruit crunch.

Syns - 25g choc philly (3.5), maggi garlic chicken marinade (2), red lentil in my soup (4)m greek muller (0.5)

Total syns = 10

Mmm food sounds yummy today !!!
Need to get some maggi I haven't got any in for a while !!
 
Have changed my food about a bit....being a *little* naughty and am counting my red lentils in my soup as a HExB for today, and not having the ryvita fruit crunch today! Will have other snacks later on while watching TV instead! Am planning a later dinner after I have been out my run and done Davina DVD.....

Quite a lot of yoghurt today but hey....I need to find a recipe for a good RED day soup?!

Ooh thank you - that looks tasty! Are there any other free red soups in there, I don't have that little book yet!

Breakfast - 35g bran flakes & a few slices banana, Koko coconut milk (3)

Lunch - Tomato mackerel salad

Dinner - Paprika chicken with broccoli

Snacks - fresh mango & coconut Greek yoghurt (0.5)


HExA - 1) 300ml 1% milk

HExB - 1) bran flakes 2)


Syns - coconut milk (3) 5 moam pinballs (4) Greek muller (0.5)

Total syns = 7.5


Will edit later with what else I have as not sure yet. On a night out tomorrow so trying to really limit the syns today for damage limitation!

Did my DVD last night and my legs (esp calves!) ache today lol. Was going to do more of the DVD this morning but might hold off until this evening, give them a bit of time to recover!

Those moam pinballs just fell into my mouth as I was giving some to the kids, oops. Was so peckish when cooking dinner. Doh. Paid for it later with a 15.9 blood glucose reading anyway before my dinner - what a dumbass! (It's meant to be between 4 & 7 just incase you're not familiar with diabetes!)

No DVD done cos my legs ache today, back on it tomorrow! Got a night out tomorrow night though too :)
 
The best part of my evening.....picked up an online Dorothy Perkins order today, some dresses for my holiday plus a few other bits!

I was a size 16 but my top half always smaller than my bottom half (total pear shape!) so thought I'd order most of them in a 12 and 14, but half believing the 12's were prob wishful thinking....

BUT THEY FIT!!! :D

I realise I would never get into size 12 jeans yet lol (damn you thighs!) but my top half has defo got considerably smaller! Seven and a half weeks until my holiday....and some of what I will be packing says size 12, eeeek!

That's fab Hun I got in. A pair off size 12 shorts the other day for my holiday was so made up :)!!!

Super busy weekend here, haven't had a minute to update! Night out on Friday, definitely drunk over my syns but also came home and was so hungry I had an egg sandwich! Wasn't horrendous damage but still not on plan. Hey ho.

Yesterday I really wanted to eat junk, first time I have been really tempted! I ended up making do within the plan and my syns....cos I had nibbles at a children's party too, gah!

Saturday 18/5/13

No breakfast

Lunch - egg mayo roll (HExB + 0.5) with 2 low low cheese slices (HExA) and lettuce

Dinner - turkey mince bolognaise with griddled courgettes

Snacks - a wonton (2), a spring roll (2), onion bhaji (2.5), 2 ryvita fruit crunch (HExB) with choc philly (3.5) and strawberries, mini twister ice lolly (2.5)

Syns = 13
