Well, at the end of last year I somewhat lost the plot :(

It all started at the beginning of November when I went on holiday for a week. I totally intended to get back on track but when I got back to work I found out about some stuff that was going on, and my job might not be safe and well, I used the stress as an excuse to continue the binge. By the time things had settled a bit at work (it's still not great..) it was Christmas and you all know how that goes...

So here I am- New Year, new start. I've had to leave my group (as it was changing day and venue so I wasn't able to go any more) and I have signed up to the online version today. Tomorrow is the beginng of the new start, although I have been half good today..

I really need to get my butt in gear as I now have less than 5 months until I get married- and my dress should be ready sometime in February for first fittings so I really need to get a wiggle on :eek: :eek:

I got married in 2007, it was the last time I had real motivation for a diet and I managed to get to 9 stone 9 (my target was 9 stone) but was still happy as looked slim!! Now I am up to 11 stone 1 :cry:so have started sw for the first time.
Sounds like we are similar weights and targets so hopefully we can both do it!!
I am enjoying the plan so far and hoping it will work, first WI is Wednesday, I messed up new years eve though eek!!

Thanks guys :) I am hoping that now I am getting married this year, as opposed to last year when 'next year' sounded so far away, that it will help get me a little bit more focused!

Dinner Chicken Tacos. (Chicken, onion, peppers, ) 2 x Taco shells 7 syns. 1/2 sachet Taco mix 2.5 syns. 28g cheese HEA. Fat free fromage frais.
Snacks Hifi bar HEB, handful of grapes
Drinks Options cracking hazelnut hot choc 1.5 syns made with 250ml ss milk HEA

Well, today it doesn't look all that great. It's definitely been easier on the superfree than I would have liked but it has also been a triumph as I had a seriously seriously crap day at work and I was super super tempted to binge. In a major way. But I didn't. And I have stuck to my syns. Although I may go a little nuts and have one of my crackinging hazelnut hot chocs at 1.5 syns, which would take me 0.5 over... I'll see how I feel!
 
Hi Laura - good luck you will most def do it - i dieted with Weight Watchers when I got married in 2007, I was a size 18 and bought a size 14 wedding dress i didn't try it on until the day i got married, it fitted like a glove!!!
