Today was the day of the funeral so have been totally off plan today. Will reduce syns to 10 per day for next 2 days to compensate a little.

I must confess to feeling a bit down at the moment. Everything is just wearing me out. What with being ill, then my grandma dying, then the funeral, then visiting friends (and having to sleep on a futon which may as well be the floor) then having to rush around to pick up my wedding dress, trying to get the invitations made and sent and then starting with a cold again this week- I'm starting to feel a little worn down. Worrying about what I'm eating feels like something on top of everything else- but I know if I don't get down to at least 10st I'm going to be really angry with myself- especially as 9st was my original target.

I need a break.

Ah well, not long to the honeymoon :)

Gained 1Ib last week,but to say I was only on plan Tuesday, Thursday and Friday then that's not so bad

I didn't do very well with sticking to my plan to do a food diary every day- nor did I do very well at sticking to plan. +3Ib this week (again)

Why am I do this?! I don't have time to mess around like this! I have to go for a fitting in 6 weeks time. I need to get my bum in gear!

The plan this week is: no bread. Not even wm as HEB. I have bread, I want more bread. I cannot moderate bread apparently. 4

And no alcohol until Saturday. That's 5 whole days. Surely I can manage 5 days?!

Oh, and to stick to plan this week. Obviously :rolleyes:
 
Last week -3lb. So far- 100% on plan this week. Aiming for 1lb loss which will leave me still 1lb ahead of schedule to be at target for wedding (and honeymoon!!) :p
 
This isn't a 'food diary' as such, as I'm not recording everything, but it's a record of my main meals so if I want to re-create a week then I know what main meals to have.

Meals this week:
Sunday- Toast and Jam- 15 syns! chicken roast dinner (free)

Monday- Smoked salmon + cream cheese on Ryvita with Salad. free + hea+ heb
Paprika chicken (2 syns) with roasted veg and cous cous

Tuesday- salad + turkey, fish fingers and chips, baked beans.

Wednesday- vegetable ravioli, ham + salad cream sandwich (6 syns), thai green curry and rice 2.5 syns

Thursday- bacon and cheese omlette, spaghetti bolognese

Lost 1.5lb this week. I was very happy with this as last week, despite being 100% I sts, and this week I wasn't 100% at all.

This week, I have totally planned out my week, snacks and all. I am doing a Red week. All based around chicken and fish dishes. Hoping lots of speed foods and salads and veg will give me a good loss. Especially as it's my birthday next saturday and we are going out for a meal and I have a nice dress to wear so having a good loss in the morning will make me feel better :)

I'm 0.5lb ahead of schedule for being on target by the wedding and I would really like to stay ahead! :)

I have bought some new trainers this week- ready to do a littl ebit of walking next week. Hoping to do a 1/2 hour walk every day. It doesn't have to be especially 'power walking', just getting moving will be a start! :)
 
Hi Laura, you're right about the exercise. I'm not a lover of it so for me to try and do a half hour brisk walk every day is better than lying about on my butt and now that the light evenings are in will make it so much easier?

Currently 100% for the week and had 13.5 syns so far over the 2 days. Going to take my trainers into work tomorrow and go fo a walk at lunch time... :)
