Ooook so I thought it would be a good idea to start my food diary so I can properly keep track!!
I am on day 5 of diet, weigh in Thurs...scared!!!
DAY 5 - RED DAY
Breakfast - 2 slices of Weight Watchers wholemeal bread (Hex B), Marmite (FREE) and low fat margarine (2 Syns)
Lunch - Tuna, tomato, lettuce, pepper, mushroom salad (FREE), Light mayonnaise (2 Syns), Grated cheddar cheese 28g (Hex A)
Snack - WW chili tortillas - (4 Syns)
Dinner - Stir fry Veg, prawns (FREE) Stir fy sauce (3 1/2 Syns) Pita bread OOOOPS (7 Syns)
Totals
Syns = 18 and half...ooops
