Monday's diary

Feeling quite sick today so skipped breakfast

Lunch
Cous cous = 2pp
WW yogurts x 2 = 2pp

will go via the shops on the way home from work and pick up something. wait and see what I fancy later :) xxx
 
Tuesday's diary

Breakfast
Warburton thin & dairylea = 4pp

Lunch
Morrisons eat smart chicken with gravy and garlic potatoes = 8pp
2 x WW yoghurts = 2pp

Tea
Going to have nachos :)

WW chilli tortilla crips = 2pp
100g sainsburys chunky salsa = 2pp
42g sainsburys BGTY guacamole = 1pp
30g sainsburys BGTY cheddar = 2 pp
jalapenos = 0 pp

=7pp

+ milk = 3pp

total for day = 24pp xxxx
 
Wednesday's diary

Breakfast - toast (again!) =5pp

Lunch - Eat smart roast chicken dinner =9pp
WW yoghurt = 1pp
Thorntons Halloween chocolate lolly =4pp (i think? it didn't tell me the weight of the lolly so i had to guess!)

Tea = as it's my sister's birthday we're going out for tea so will more than likely go over my dailies. oops!

If anyone has any breakfast ideas that would be fab xxxx
 
propoints went out the window the last couple of weeks. can't seem to find any motivation at all :( trying to get back on track!

Thursday's food diary

Breakfast - Warburton thin & dairylea = 4pp

Lunch WW chicken & BNS curry = 6pp
Apples x 2 = 0pp

Tea = Scrambled egg on toast
- 2 x egg = 4pp
- milk = 1pp
- 1 tsp butter = 1pp
+ salt & pepper
= 6pp

Im hoping this is right. found 70mls of semi-skimmed milk to be 1pp and wont be using anymore than that. Please let me know if this doesn't sound quite right xxxx
 
Logged onto the e-course and my points have gone down to 26 but i'm not sure why!?

So here's today's diary - the first of 26pp

Breakfast - Warburton thin = 3pp
Lunch - Soup & warburton thin = 4pp
WW yoghurt = 1pp
Apple x 2 = 0pp
Tea - Baked potato with WW chicken & BNS curry = 14pp
Milk for the day = 3pp
Total = 25pp

attempting weight watchers again as it worked for me before but I went off track and have ended up 9lbs heavier than I was when I started previously! :(

I managed to get down to 10 stone 10lbs before and I'm now starting again at 12 stone 2. Hopefully I can stick to it this time and manage a good loss for my holiday in August :)

Don't have weight watchers online anymore, so if anyone sees anything i've pointed wrong please let me know :) will sign up again on payday!

Todays diary

Breakfast - New York bagel with philadelphia = 7pp
Lunch - Chicken skewers with 150g chicken breast (5pp) and moroccan couscous (2pp) = 7pp

Not sure what's for tea. Will update later! X
 
Lost 2lbs this week :) was hoping for a wee bit more to take me under the 12 stone mark but never mind. There's always next week!

Today's diary
Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (5pp) I think?! and skimmed milk (2pp) = 7pp
Lunch - prawn linguine = 13pp - was shocked by this but had already bought it. Won't buy it again though

Not sure about tea as I'm going to the pictures after work so might end up getting a sandwich or something from boots. I have 9pp to play with :)

Will be signing up for online weight watchers today as its pay day :D xx
 
Well done on ur loss! 2lb is fab! It's 27 weeks till Xmas imagine if u even lost a lb a week by then that's a lb away from 2 stone!
I can't reccomend the ww app for iPhone enough! It's fantastic!
 
I have an app I'm using just now but I'm not convinced its that accurate. Will be so much easier with weight watchers online :) I had e source before but I'm not sure if it's the same or different access? Which do you use? Xx
