Well done on ur loss, 1.5 is better than nothing, and u should hopefully get a really good loss next week, have u tried weighing urself on the wii today it could just be cause they r different scales? I weighed myself midweek once and then came to weigh in and it was alot less of a loss, can't remember exact but when I didn't loose as much as I thought I would I immediately went and ate, thought what's the point, so well done for putting the disappointment behind u and not letting it put u off!
