Hi everyone. As I'm new to all this I thought I would create a diary :)

I'll start with yesterday, my first day.

Friday 7th May 2010


Breakfast
Oatso Simple Golden Syrup made with water - 2

Lunch
Jacket potato with beans (this was a large serving of beans so i've given it 8 points!)

Tea
Vegetable fajitas with WW wraps - 6.5

Snacks
Tea with 1 sweetener - 1

Drinks
4 x Vodka & coke Zero - 3

= 20.5/19


Today Saturday 8th May

Breakfast
Ready Brek Chocolate made with water - 2

Lunch
none, working

Tea
WW lasagne - 4.5
100g Spicy wedges - 4

Snacks
3 x WW victoria sponges - 4.5
Galaxy hot choc made with semi skimmed milk - 4

Drinks
3 glasses water

Hi

Try not to skip meals as this may leave you to feeling hungry and wanting to pick at other things that may not be within your POINTS allowance.
 
I work in a pub at weekends and trying to get something is impossible. I nick the odd tomato from the kitchen to keep me going, but I have my porridge just before I leave the house to keep me going :)

Hi, i really fancy making them fajita wraps and just wondered where you buy ww tortilla wraps from, i mainly shop at sainsbury's but an't seem to find them there

Asda sell them, or I found some healthy living tesco ones, but they were a lot higher in points, 3 each I think! But they were also a lot bigger, allowing for more yummy fajita veg :D

Your pointing a lot for your cups of tea?! Tea is free, its the milk that isnt. Unless its without and your having sugar?

1/2pt skimmed milk is 1 point so if your only having a few cups of tea i would have said 1 point over a few days easy! Saves you points :)

Wednesday 2nd June

Not been very well today, started last night. I was sick before bed a few times, then this morning I've got a headache and feeling sick but thankfully haven't been sick. As for food, I can't bare to look at it, so i'll write down what I do manage -

WW hot choc (the free one with the magazine) 1pt
Lots of water


Still feeling a bit rough but really fancy spicy food, so i've asked my OH to bring some rice and curry sauce from the chinese 11.5pts

Still not feeling right, though i've made it to work today. Drinking lots of water and some tea. Tried to eat a bagel and couldn't face it so i've kept it for my lunch.
