Lean Mince!!

Just made SW lasagne...then looked at the mince packaging and its Lean mince ive got....not extra lean. (thanks a lot asda home delivery!!!).

How many syns roughly per portion?? Ive already had 6 syns today so im so tempted to not have the lasagne but what a waste of food that would be! xxx

From what I remember, lean mince has less syns than the extra lean for some reason and was free on red and EE plan x

Sorry but lean mince is not less syns than extra lean - it has more fat in it, up to 20%, so why would it be less syns? Extra lean is free on red and EE but lean is half a syn per 28g

Well this one says less than 12% fat. Ive just had the one portion and I still had 4 syns left today so hopefully it won't do much damage!!!xx
