Total Solution Learnt alot this weekend

My hubby trying to be supportive encouraged me to have a small meal Friday night kept it to chicken breast and salad that was fine but I have now established that I have no control over myself. On Saturday and Sunday all I did was pick at rubbish. So I now know that I can't do this and won't be doing it again. So I gave had a small gain kicked myself out of ketosis and am starting again knowing my limitations.

It can do that! But it would have maybe have been old habits in the mix as well. Like being the weekend, enjoying food with Hub, spending time together. Even not being at work. Weekends are difficult for alot of people on any diet. What about planning to have allowed food on Friday and Saturday night, step up the plan to working solutions or even simple solutions? You would still be within plan, still in ketosis, and still losing weight xx
