Ok, week 3 here we go! Well done to everyone who took part last week. This is really helping spur me on....

So for me this week my goal is 2500. Who else wants to join in?

I will do at least 1 hr a day on the WI fit ( different section each day )

Can i ask what the free stepping is on the WI fit dont recall having seen that

I will def join once my bike arrives ;o)

Seen a similar challenge on WW site boards and they were doing area's i.e. equivelant miles from say London to Brighton - it all helps keep everyone focused and on track ;o))
 
Been on the Wii today and another 3650 steps can I have that on last week pleaseeeeeeeee, Going on again tonight so that'll count for the new week. Going to pledge to do 4 sessions of exercise this week, mix it up a little.

I have a gastro bug so could do nothing yesterday :( I hope to do at least a lttle tonight :/ I felt lost (and lazy!)

I'm feeling better thanks Hayley :)

I think I have made up for lack of exercise yesterday. I just did 40 mins of hardcore cycling to my new all heart thumping play list. It was great. I managed 769 calories. I can really feel my fitness improving.

Right well not been as god as i hoped i would have due to having caught the flu ( yak ) but i have made a bit of effort and did 32 mins monday of yoga and 15 minutes of muscle workout Tuesday :)

Jumped on the Wii last night and did some more step. Changed my pledge to 4 sessions on the wii as i'd like to do the fitness coach this week.
Got man flu today so not sure when I'll get on next. Good luck challengers xx

Well I think I am out for the week....I have a gastro bug. I thought it had passed but it returned last night and today I feel awful. I managed 30 mins on the bike before i started feeling sick (albeit a slow 30 mins) but I am not sure what else I can manage before Sunday night. I'll see how I go...
