and another 30 minutes....I have smashed my target lol. There is no way I can keep this up though I can't believe that I have burned over 3000 calories this week. 3000 calories that are normally spent on the sofa! It has meant I have had the odd treat but I think I can allow that

okey dokey weight 154ibs time 50mins, medium intensity. But normally do 30 mins bit cheeky could you work out both please! also congrats on those carolies burned last week :O)
