Thanks so much for all the support. You have made me feel so much better. Still feeling a little low about it but i will not give in and I have dug my heels in and will have a good week.

I have just done 1 hour on the Wii Fit :)

I am also going to post my daily menu. If I have a poor result next week I may need someone to look over it and give me some advice :)

Monday:
B: 30g Rice Krispies (3)
B: Vanilla Muller Light Yoghurt (1.5)
L: 1 pc toast (2) and 1/2 tin raviolli (3)
L: Iced Gems (1.5)
D: 90g mashed potato (1.5), 2 mini (50g) aunt bessies potatoes (1)
D: 1/2 lamb shank and mint gravy (6)
D: Mixed veg (0.5)
D: WW desert (3)
S: Coffee (0.5)
S: 2/3 marshmellows (0.5)
S: WW Mini Roll (2)
S: Hot chocolate (0.5)

26.5/27 points used today.

Forgot to say, I have been to the toilet :D

However, cramping has virtually gone and not feeling as bloated so no idea where Aunt Flow is :/

Ah well that's one problem out of the way! Good luck for the coming week. Menu looks good - might want to increase your fruit and veg to stop you getting constipated again. Are you drinking your 8 glasses of fluid? Take care x
 
I don't really like veg Karen :ashamed0005:. The most I manage is peas and carrots or mixed veg:sign0007:. I do love fruit though but we need to go shopping lol. I know I need to do better :break_diet:

Yep, the water too. I do not drink enough, never havr but today is the first day I am GOING to drink 2l of water. Already had 0.5 and about to fill the bottle again.

I appreciate your thoughts on all my menus. This is such a big improvement on how I used to eat but I know I need to do better.

In terms of losing weight, it's the points that count and as long as you stay in them you will lose weight.

The fibre in fruit and veg etc is the stuff that will stop you feeling hungry and will help keep you regular ;)
 
Hi hon, Glad you have been to the loo, like the others say re totm, it always messes up weight loss, and causes us to panic about gaining weight, but I guess we just ahve to look at our losses over the whole month rather than each individual week.
Hope totm arrives soon:eek: (if thats what you want too!!!:rolleyes: )

Morning :D

I am still feeling motivated but i feel a lot of pressure on me this week. I HAVE to lose this week else I may cry lol :cry:

2 good days so far. I have eaten all of my points (exept 0.5). Yesterday I drank 1.5l of water and i have had 0.5l today already. I went to aqua aerobics last night and did 30 lengths. That's 7.5 APs this week so far.

I AM NOT going to weigh myself until Monday. I am too scared to lol.

Still no sign of AF and to be honest don't feel like she is going to turn up anytime soon now. Symptoms have now gone. Very confused and annoyed as now I am not sure what the gain was due to. Now I am panicking that I plain and simply gained somehow :/

Anyway, still here, still being positive and hoping for a good result on Monday.
 
I wouldn't worry about the AF. Your body went through a vast amount of changes whilst you were pregnant, it takes a long time for it to get back to normal again. Mine played tricks on me for a good 6-9 months after I had my son. I kept thinking AF was due, bloating/cramps etc. I think he was almost a year old before it really settled back to normal (I did breastfeed for 6 months).

Your gain this week would have been tied in to all of this, it wont have been for any other reason :)

I think i have the same problem as you Lea, i have a really bad stomach ache today which feels like TOTM pains but it's yet to arrive and i've had it since yesterday afternoon:cool:. Boo TOTM, as if it doesnt suck enough!:D x

im the same i had my son 4 months ago and my af was up the left until i went on the pill to get things regulated again.. how u feeling today? x
 
I'm not feeling too bad thanks. Still a little achy but not in pain like I was the other day. TOTM sucks. Especially post baby. It's all too familiar a pain and I would rather forget that at the moment thank you!

After Aerobics: 2 low fat cream crackers (1), 1 x low fat cheese triangle (0.5)
S: Healthy Choice Tiramasu (3), 25g Peanuts (2.5), mini milk (0.5)
1.5l water :D

surely 30g of rice crispies isnt 3 points? that must be counting your milk in too right? x
