    Starting a new food diary because I've let the last one go

    Need a new one to get back to basics and back on track!

    Starting afresh tomorrow - put 1.5lbs on on wed and been bad these few days *sigh!

    But I'm snapping out of it and getting back on the wagon, or horse, or track - I dunno but whatever it is - I'm getting on it!! Hee hee

    Woo!

    Promise to update this more this week :)

    But going out for dinner tomorrow and Friday to BAD BAD places (TGI Fridays and Blue Chicago) so need damage limitations!!

    Hoping to start zumba and yogalates this week ontop of swimming
    So hope that does the trick.

    I've also stick up my certificates and my countdown to Christmas drawing to keep me motivated. I'll attach a pic :)

    Gonna add links to my blog and YouTube to my signature too :)

    Had bad bad food all day but I knew I was going to and going to work it off hopefully

    Going to town tomorrow to get essentials lol a yoga may and a sports bra!! Hee hee

    My little diet tracker thing just informed me that if I lose 2lbs a week I could hit my target if 11.6lbs by

    24th July 2012


    Which is my birthday!!

    Here goes!
    I'm going to set some daily goals!

    I feel like at night when I'm in bed reading this site or thinking about the day ahead - I'm always really motivated to try hard and do well -

    So - to keep the motivation going - targets to hit each day! I do well with lists :D

    1- 2 liters of water (I'm allowing nas juice)
    2 - no fizzies!! ( come off coke to be addicted to diet coke! Not good!
    3 - at least 20-30mins exercise - even just walking
    4 - 100% on plan ( tomorrow excepted)
    5 - 3 portions of fruit or veg (work up to 5)

    That should do for now :)

    Tomorrow I'm heading out for another meal :s with old friends of oh

    I know I will be bad again - so I'll try to be 100% up till then (9pm)
    And achieve my new goals :D

    1- in the process of finishing :)
    2- done :)
    3- does cleaning room and washing windows count ?? :(
    4- I was excepted :p
    5 - 2/3 done

    On the right track.

    Fully on track tomorrow hopefully :)

    3- nil again as at a conference In dublin all day

    4 - food for today ( honesty honesty)
    B- banana
    Beans and sausages (2.5syns)

    L- baguette with chicken, stuffing and cheese (HEXA) (??syns)

    D - didnt feel like much so tin of beans

    S- carrot sticks
    - 2 toffee crisp biscuits (10syns)
    - wispa (??syns)
    - smarties (3.5syns)

    Safe to say I messed up again today :(

    5 - 3/3 it was a lot of carrots

    Need to get my act together again :(

    Been sickly today
    Been in bed ALL day with a migrane and toothache....

    Daily goals....
    1- 2 liters of water (I'm allowing nas juice)
    2 - no fizzies!! ( come off coke to be addicted to diet coke! Not good!
    3 - at least 20-30mins exercise - even just walking
    4 - 100% on plan ( tomorrow excepted)
    5 - 3 portions of fruit or veg (work up to 5)

    Today
    1- think I managed 1.5litres
    2- none :) staying off has been relatively easy, but back to uni tomorrow may be a challenge
    3- no exercise- sickness :(
    4- food for today

    D- bacon
    Potatoes fried in frylight
    Mushrooms
    Raw carrots x 3

    S- scrambled egg
    Wholemeal bread ( HEXB)
    Brown sauce (1syn)
    3 Jaffa cakes ( 7.5 syns :( )

    Total syns (8.5)
    Meaning I could have another two Jaffa cakes if I wanted :)

    5- 3/3 :) lots of mushrooms

    Uni tomorrow and swimming :)

    3- 20 lengths in the pool :)

    Had burger and chips in pub today :(

    L- literally 3 bites of a chicken lettuce Mayo baguette from centra and 3 babybels (absolutely NO time for food today) gonna call it HEXA and HEXB lol
    D- lentil soup and bacon :) mummy made it but I think she said there was onions carrots and potato in it.... And wochester sauce of course

    Whole pack of kinder bars 6x3.5 syns each :( 21syns
    5 - 2/3 :(

    Being very very honest in my new food diary :(

    Heading for a gain this week I suppose
    Sneaky weigh in had me at 2lbs on Sigh
    I only have myself to blame if it is ... I did try though

    Trying a red day - I think :S feel free to correct it

    I've been I'll with the flu so just got out of bed at dinner time - oops

    B/L just had an orange

    Dinner time - just had
    Chicken in HEXBx2 of nimble bread
    Carrots
    Bacon with fat removed
    Microchips ( grrrrrrrrrr I forgot the syn of these would change cause I'm on red not EE - so 8syns instead of the 3.5 I thought they were!!)
    Ketchup (2syns)

    So that's 10syns in total

    Gonna snack on oranges and apples later and my 2x HEXa ( if that's right)
    I think there might be bananas too...

    Well I avoided the chinese ...

    But ended up having 4 bags of crisps ( 27syns) and about 10 Jaffa cakes (35syns)

    Urgh sickness go away!! This was supposed to be a good week!

    Feel like I've made a turning point though because I wouldn't have posted this before

    Dragging myself out o bed at dinner time again ...

    Having half fat sausages for dinner - comfort food but within syns (hopefully)
    There is still some of yesterday's chicken left, planning on having that tomorrow with some more sausages for lunch as I'm actually going to take a packed lunch :)

    Oh I forgot I had a tin of beans and sausages (7.5syns) and 2xhexa of cheese last night also :( fml

    You're so right to focus on the positives, the fact you've posted where as you wouldn't have before :) I'm the same, I usually ignore my bad days but since starting a diary on here I don't :)

    I'm pretty similar to you, had a gain then a loss last week, but I've had a couple of days off plan this week so I need to get back on track & do as much exercise as poss to limit the damage for Wednesday weigh in :)

    Well I felt completely crap today and stay in bed again

    Woke up to find my bro had eaten my heathy lunch. Cba cooking/making anything so ended up ringing my mummy to pick me up something

    Chips and battered sausages :( the shame!!

    Just felt really crappy today - well all week actually :(

    Poo!

    Oh well
    Tomorrows a new day
