I've started exante today I've finally got my mind in the right place to loose this extra weight before its to late !
I may only be 10.7and a quarter but its to much for me I need to start loosing .
My mum step dad and sister are already on this diet this is my first time on a food replacement diet I am determined to do well
I have a pair of size 8 chinos at home that I really love and want to wear that's my goal !
