Sunday 30/01/11

Late Breakfast
2 x wholemeal nimble 400g loaf HexB, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms
oolong tea

Lunch / Main

Lunch at church, special day a high ranker came to visit.:sigh:
Feta cheese (I ate about 42g) HexA
Salad, 3 pieces of crusty french bread not large pieces = call it 10 syns,
Avgolemono soup - free
souvla - free
roast potatoes = 1.5 syns (some oil used), boukouri pilaf = 1 syns (oil used?),
cake = 8 syns,
2 value snowballs = 8 syns
Small amount white wine = 5 syns

Total syns = 33.5 syns ARGGGGHHHH!!

The above is approximate, could be more could be less. Approximately 150 guests were catered for so the amount of oil added to foods when shared out between plates could be negligible, however have tried to aim high. Plus I still have 13 syns left over from earlier in the week, so plus todays thats 28 syns. I can pull some back from this coming week as well to keep me in line

Started the day well, but unfortunately forgot my lunch and had to eat what I left at work the day before. Then just hit a complete slump at the end and the binge started. I actually had to leave the house and go visit a friend to stop the binge.
