Lent Challenge - John O'Groats to Lands End

Running Total is 511 Minutes so far! :) Well done for today everyone, I'm off to watch One Born every Minute now, so will update anymore tommorow x
 
That's 60mins for me in the gym yay! I'm a sweaty stinky mess lol!! Sexy look! Lolx
 
Today I have a total of 60 minutes walking & 75 minutes Zumba & bokwa combined x

Just updated it as ended up walking some more tonight... I'm dying!!!!

i will join this. not sure how much i can do but will log all my excercise. i have done 1 hour swimming today.
 
270 minutes walking for me yesterday, ow I hurt today lol.

Hmmm my today isn't too good, 35 minutes of walking & won't get chance tonight as we are out. I have done 3 hours of housework but I don't track that x
 
33 minutes today . What else do you need? Or is it just time?

30 mins Physio.. That included 10mins bike,10 mins cross trainer and then 10 mins stretching :)
 
Right, 25 minutes school run this morning and an hour of dog walking this evening. Shopping and hoovering too but I'm not tracking those I don't think. 85 minutes for the day.
