Les Mills BTS Classes - your experiences (EG. BodyPump, BodyAttack)

    I absolutely love these classes. Tend to go for BodyCombat and BodyPump. Both are great workouts! I am starting up BodyBalance in a few weeks. Wanting to build up to BodyAttack..but this one is dauting!!

    Which are your favourites?

    I really want to start BodyPump but don't know if I should whilst on LigtherLife because the Les Mills website says you burn 600kcal in a session, but I'm taking in less than that per day on LL... Would it be bad to start it? Or should I give it a go and see how it works for me?
