Breakfast:
x2 slices of nimble toasted with an extra light laughing cow triangle (was that or lurpak!) (1)
x2 dippy eggs.
banana.
Cup of tea.

Dinner:
x2 chicken fajitas with peppers & red onion.

Tea:
savoury rice and steamed veg.
Chicken pieces.
Banana.
Apple.

So so! I've been to bootcamp today which was so hard! It's official... I HATE burpees!
Today has been hard ive been given a few sweeties at work: a jelly cherry, a mento, three little refresher sweets! I'm not gonna beat myself up too much about it though!!

And the weekend consisted of laziness and fajitas! The lad I've been seeing was making them for me so I couldn't resist but now he's on a strict training regime aswell in the hope to shift some weight so there's not as much temptation!! Xx
 
Ohhh well it will be lots easier for you to stick to if he is being so strict!
Well done going to boot camp, I went once - ouch! What are burpees though? Xx
 
Yeah hopefully! We can have healthy tea at the weekend :)

Where you do like a push up position with your legs out, bring them in and then jump up high and go back down. If that makes sense? So so hard!!! Aching so bad! X

x2 wmeal toast (Hexb)

Red onion and garlic burgers.
McCain jacket (1)
Steamed veg bag.

Breakfast: 30g sachet of porridge (made with 200ml skimmed milk and the rest water!)
Topped with banana & few chopped strawberries.

Dinner:
Cold cuts of cooked chicken.
Mixed salad & a steamed veg bag.
x2 hard boiled eggs.
Raspberries & grapes.
Creamy shape dessert caramel flavour (5.5)

Tea:
Tikka turkey breast chunks.
McCain jacket (1)
Steamed veg bag.
Mixed salad.
Low calorie salad dressing (2)
Banana.
Apple.

Topped with a chopped banana & some strawberries.
Cup of tea.

Dinner:
x2 hard boiled eggs, x4 rashers of bacon, salad and mixed steamed veg bag.
Tomato ketchup (1)
Can of Sprite zero.

Snack:
Raspberries & grapes.
Mullerlight white choc dessert (5)


Tea:
Chicken breast chunks.
Mixed salad; cucumbers, lettuce, red onion and sweetcorn.
Sweet potato wedges.
