Starting a Brand New Diary after a 4 Month Break, Returning to Class Tonight. I lost 5st 3lbs last year in 11 Months :D

Returning with some of that back on but will find out Tonight at Class. I'm Currently 16+2 Weeks Pregnant so my Plan is to try and Lose some of my Excess Weight as i'm having Trouble in this Pregnancy and Losing Weight or Trying to Not Gain anymore would be a Huge Advantage.

Breakfast :
2 x Slice Wholemeal Toast 800g (2hexb) Beans, Spread 1 Syn, Cheese 35g (1hexa) Cherry Toms

Lunch :
Bowl Leek & Potato Soup, Apple, Banana

Dinner :
Tuna Pasta with Onion, Sweetcorn, Cherry Toms, Lettuce, Mayo 1.5 Syns

Snack :
Ryvita Minis 4.5 Syns

Total Syns : 7

2 Slices WM Toast 800g (2hexb) Beans, Spread 1 Syn, Cheese 30g (1hexa) Cherry Toms.

Lunch :
Bowl Leek & Potato Soup, Banana, Apple, Orange, Pinapple Chunks

Dinner :
Spaghetti Bolognase, 2 x Greek Style Muller 1 Syn

Snack :
Ryvita Minis 4.5 Syns

Total Syns 6.5

More like Brunch as was fasting from Last Night for Blood Tests at Hospital..McDonalds Chicken & Bacon Salad with Ceaser Dressing 3.5 Syns

Snack :
2 WM Bread (2hexb) Spread 1 Syn, Slice Wafer thin Chicken, Lettuce, Cherry Toms, Minestroni Mugshot. Banana

Dinner :
Tuna Pasta with Lettuce, Cherry Toms, Sweetcorn, Onion, Mayo 2 Syns, Cheese 60g (2hexa) Options Hot Choc 2 Syns

Snack :
Ryvita Minis 4.5 Syns
