Thanks to you all for your kind comments.

In reality I am not too worried about the particular weight loss, I am more interested in the waist size.

I started the diet with a 36 inch waist and my objective was to get to 32 inches.

I can now wear 32 inch jeans however they are uncomfortable by the end of the day, so I have a little way to go yet.
