Hi all, I'm new to the site:wavey:.
Am gearing up to my 1st meeting on Monday, am unsure of what I weigh although I have a rough idea:cry:.
It was my other half's idea to go back to slimmingworld, we went together years ago and both lost a lot of weight. Same old story though, we both slipped back into old habits, put on our lost weight and then some.
We both want to get fit and healthy for ourselves and the sake of our 2 lovely boys aged 3 and 6. We both have fairly hectic jobs and with all of the running around that we do one would assume that we would be slimmer than we are - but our food (and drink) choices are not great at all
.
So any tips and pointers and general support as we start along our weightloss journey would be much appreciated.
I'm going to set up a ticker when I know for definite what I weigh. For now I am off to read everyone elses posts and get some inspiration!
