    Hi All

    I have been doing SW since January and have lost 3 stone so far but still have a very long way to go before my wedding in September 2012. I have decieded to try keeping a food diary on here as I have been reading other people's for inspiration for a while and find it really helps.

    I was really motivated from Jan-March but since then have just been on/off with it all and since April have only lost 9lbs so anything that keeps my will power up at the moment is crucial!

    If you have any suggestions please feel free to comment x

    So here goes for today.......

    Saturday 30/7/11 - Green Day

    Breakfast
    2 x Weetabix (HEB)
    100ml Semi Skimmed Milk (1/2 HEA)
    Sweetener

    Lunch
    Batchelors Pasta N Sauce - Macaroni (1 syn)
    42g RF Cheese
    Cherries
    Orange
    Grapes
    2 Plums

    Snack
    Alpen Light Choc & Fudge (3 syn)

    Dinner
    SW Potato Wedges
    Wholemeal Pitta Pizza (HEB & 1/2 HEA)
    Salad
    Salad Cream Light (2 syns)

    Snack
    Alpen Light Choc & Fudge (3 syns)
    Banana

    Total syns = 9

    This should be it for the day but I am currently babysitting for my sister and I know she has left over birthday cake in the house......I must stay away x

    I haven't posted since Saturday night because I couldn't get to my computer. I have been 100% on plan though and I lost 10lbs at WI yesterday!

    So I will start my food dary for today

    Friday 5/8/11 - Green Day

    Breakfast
    2 x Weetabix (HEB)
    100ml Semi Skimmed Milk (1/2 HEA)
    Sweetener

    Snack
    Banana

    Lunch
    Batchelors Pasta N Sauce - Cheese & Brocoli (0.5 syn)
    Orange
    Apple
    Mullerlight

    Aldi Harvest Morn Cereal Bar (1/2 HEB)

    Dinner
    Jacket Potato x 2
    5 LCL Cheese Triangles (HEA)
    Beans
    21g RF Cheese (1/2 HEA)
    Tomato Sauce (2 syns)

    Snack
    Aldi Harvest Morn Cereal Bar (1/2 HEB)
    Mini Milk (1.5 syns)

    Total syns = 4

    I may have some Can't believe its not butter light with my jacket potato....

    Well I am back and going to try writing my food diary everyday on here so I can keep track.

    There is now only 5 months until I get married, I still haven't got a dress because I want to lose weight before I do as I have tried dresses on and can't decide, so here goes...

    Tuesday 10/04/12

    Breakfast
    35g fruit and fibre
    250ml ss milk
    2 x banana

    Lunch
    Spaghetti hoops
    2 x whole meal bread
    45g rf cheese
    Orange
    Apple
    Quavers

    Dinner
    Potato wedges
    Beans
    Mushrooms and tomatoes
    Fry light eggs
    Tomato sauce

    Snacks
    2 x cereal bar

    Syns = 12.5

    Salad

    I went to the gym for the first time in a while and did 30 mins cardio and I did an hour or revision...yeah me!!!
