Hi,
Please feel free to add comments to this. Let me know if I am doing anything wrong etc.
Friday

Breakfast
Fat free fromage frais and berries
Latte with skimmed milk HEXa

Lunch
Tuna pasta made with onion garlic tomatoes sweetcorn spinach and 2 laughing cow extra light 2syns
Muller light greek style honeyed peach 0.5 syns

Dinner
Sea Bream with garlic, ginger and chilli and stir fried psb, asparagus , baby corn and green beans soy sauce

Snack in evening
Ryvita lunch pack. Syns ? but used the 4 ryvita as HEX b. It has a smoked salmon spread with it and cucumber. The whole thing including ryvita was 200 cals and the ryvita will have made up the bulk of that.


Saturday
Breakfast
Brown bread roll HexB
Field mushrooms
Two Sainsburys BGTY cumberland sausages made into a 'burger' and grilled on the george forman. 1syn
Bowl of strawberries and fat free yogurt

Snack 100g of cockles

Lunch
Salad of mixed leaves with baby potatoes. seared tuna steak, green beans and a poached egg with a dressing made of salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, garlic and 6syns of extra virgin olive oil
Banana
Banoffe Activa- which was bloody lovely


Dinner is planned to be

Scallops
Mange tout
broccoli
sauce made from passatta, onion, garlic, red pepper etc.
maybe some pasta/potatoes but lunch was v filling so not sure
Some fruit for pudding, maybe melon

Does this seem ok?

some fruit and yogurt
Not had my HEXa or HEXb but not sure what I fancy. Might have ryvita and low low with grapes later. Hmmmm....

Had half a galia melon and 60 grams of parma ham so 2 syns for that. Lovely it was too x
 
And a packet of Sainsbury's Bacon Cripsies 5 syns :-( Am a bit hungry today but determined not to blow it....

2 small chicken breasts stuffed with Phiili extra light, garlic, herbs and lemon zest 2syns
Covered in 45g maggi so crispy seasoning 8 syns
Masses of ratatouille made with onion, garlic, tomatoes, red and yellow peppers courgette aubergine.
 
Meant to add, snacked on a banana and a punnet of blueberries though the day.

CHicken livers, bacon, onions and mushrooms with a bit of elf philli (3syns) with yogurt.
 
Hiya, I've subscribed to your thread as I've been practically drooling over it! You get lots of veg in there, puts me to shame! Well done on your loss so far :)
