Hi everyone. Been looking for a diet plan that would get me interested and excited and think i might have found it. Bit about me- i'm 51 married with 3 grown up kids(most of the time anyway)2 granddaughters and a new baby grandson. Been halfheartedly dieting for as long as i can remember and enoughs enough. Spent too many years sat at home not wanting to socialise and mix with people cos i've got no confidence. Going on holiday 7 weeks today so time to crack on. Been reading that keeping a diary really helps so here goes. Figure even if no one else reads it it will help me keep on the straight and narrow but would really welcome any help, support and advice x
